Exceptional
The hotel's location is excellent, being close to the main city park which has a lot of attractions. Also there is a Metro station nearby (100m) which gets you downtown in about 10 minutes. The rooms are spacious, clean and the beds are comfortable. The restaurant is marvelous, having delicious food both for breakfast as well as the a la carte options for lunch and dinner.

The location is wonderful and quiet despite being close to a major street. The staff is very cordial and helpful. Everyone from Bogey who checked me at midnight to Tamara who kindly gave me a late checkout was wonderful. The breakfast is outstanding, good variety, and constantly refreshed.
My only minor complaint is that the room decor is somewhat dated. Everything worked so no big deal.

Daniel and George were AMAZING staff. They were so helpful in coordinating taxis for us and answering all of our questions. George was such a joy to talk to I could have talked with him all night. The location is ideal for your stay in Hungary. The room was so nice and clean. Very few hotels have we loved so much and want to return to but this one, we definitely will! Thank you all so much for everything!

The folding sofa bed (used as an extra bed for the 3rd and 4th guests) was very uncomfortable for sleeping and really needs renovation

Excellent breakfast. Very helpful staff.
Bed linen. Bed sheet did not tuck under mattress. The Duvet was too warm (for me). The weather was very hot so room temp was very warm - I think the lowest AC temp was limited to 24 C so for me uncomfortably warm.

The staff was very nice and friendly, especially the gentlemen at the reception, which helped us with a lot of information. The room was spotless, and the location is somehow in the middle of everything but still quiet and chill.

We got a free room upgrade and got a spacious oversized room with living room and Jacuzzi. The hotel is surrounded with beautiful nature, near the main street, but the sound isolation is awesome.
Breakfast is small but everything is enough.
Location is great, few meters from subway station directly to town.

A bit noisy at night. The avenue is a popular runway for drag racing on bikes. But anyway I managed to sleep fairly well.

Close to hero's square. Helpful staff. Quiet neighbourhood. Excellent breakfast (included with booking). Smoker friendly (my room had a terrace where you can go outside and enjoy your smoke)
Limited parking in front of the hotel. Street parking can be difficult as the hotel is located in the ambassays district and police might restrict it due to security reason.

- The hotel is located in a very quiet area, with old beautiful houses and ambassy buildings around, very close to the Heroes Square and Vajdahunyad castle.
- The metro station M1 with direct connetion to city center is 200m away.
- Large room, comfy bed, nice balcony.
- Good breakfast, not too many options and no change in menu in the 4 days we've stayed.
No supermarket around, the closest one is 10 minutes walk from the hotel.
