Good
The location is easily accessible by public transport, walking distance from the Városliget and the Heroes’ square. The breakfast menu had good quality and variety. The little spa was clean and just enough for a bit of relaxation at the end of the day.
The floor in the room needs a bit of renovation and also the false ceiling in the gym.

Wonderful
excellent large rooms and great breakfast. Good location to access Budapest main park with all attractions. Tip-top!
There were no bathrobes or slippers included, so i had to buy a pair of slippers myself. Typically spa hotels have them...

I love the spa area , the garden and also the bar and the breakfast lounge... a quiet and comfortable place to stay..I love to run and for that there's park next to the hotel which is amazing!! I love how you feel safe inside Budapest.. I'm glad I chose this place for three nights. I'm working in the hospitality industry as bartender since more than 10 years..currently in a 5 star hotel in Italy.. The only thing I would like to suggest is...There can be probably some more costumer service..we use to give more feedbacks when I'm working.. how to enjoy the experience..for example what to enjoy and what to avoid based on the experience we would like to have..Anyway I know that you were doing things in your way and I also must say that everyone were really polite with me and with my girlfriend too. Thank you . I wish you the best also for the spring and the summer coming.. Great adventure!!

Very Good
Rich, good tasting breakfast. Rooms were big enough for two people.
The "heated" pool was "heated" for 28°C, quite refreshing, only the whirpool beside it had 34°C.

Poor
location was good - short bus trip into city centre
Breakfast:
The breakfast was subpar for a so-called 4-star restaurant. It was cold, and you cannot bring water or bread with you (it is highly regulated). The coffee was from an old machine and tasted like plastic. There was a poor selection of food. We stayed over the weekend and into the next week.. Breakfasts on weekdays were even worse, I presume cooked at the start of the morning and not monitored, as there were less peole staying on weekdays, food wasn't used up at the same rate as the weekend and it's just left to go dry and cold.
Cleanliness:
- Toothpaste in our room glasses
- Scum on the bottom of our room coffee cups
- Dirty spoons in the bedroom
- Large dogs were allowed around the dining hall and at dining tables. We also saw staff bring their dog into the back area where the breakfast kitchen is..
Gym & Spa Facilities:
The gym was tiny. Our bedroom was even far bigger than the gym.
The sauna and jacuzzi were cold 2/3 nights we stayed
No bathrobes or slippers were provided... something you would expect of a 4-star hotel..
Staff:
I asked a staff member at the bar in the lobby if they could fill my water bottle before heading out on a walk.. they refused, saying that I would have to pay for them to do that.. There was no one else at the bar at the time; it was very quiet...

Wonderful
Excellent value for money, close to downtown Budapes. Rooms are nice, beds are comfortable, area is quiet, so it was really an excellent choice! Breakfast also provided enough options, although I would always appreciate some pancakes :)

Good
Decent value for money. The spa is small and cosy, but it’s nice. There are specific opening hours (closes at 10:00 pm). It has a warm jacuzzi, a small pool and a sauna; exactly as captured in the photos.
The location is close to the szechenyi park/baths. There are a couple of great restaurants, recommended by the staff, at a walking distance.
The room we were provided complied with the requirements we requested. Rooms and bathrooms are nice and spacious.
The breakfast buffet has various options.
The room telephone did not work during our stay (4 days). We had to go to the reception when we had a question or needed something.
The shower in the bathtub was not working. We informed the staff; it was not solved.
The restaurant menu indicates that the kitchen is open until 9:45, they stop earlier.

Poor
Unfortunately the stay in this hotel was disappointing
Not welcoming staff
No water in the room, no sleepers, though 4 stars hotel.
Condition don’t match at all with pictures and description.
Very poor condition. Though the hotel offers spa, there were no spa robes and slippers.
Unwelcoming staff.

Wonderful
Spa is OK, but the space could be used a better, as the swimming pool is almost empty, and the jacuzzi is overcrowded. Clean and large sauna. Cold plunge available. The room was large with a comfy bed. Wide selection for breakfast.
The fitness room is way too small and the multi-functional machine is in a bad condition. Engine room is next to the sauna, which makes it irritatingly noisy (bring earbuds or earplugs).
