Great location Good breakfast Attentive staff Clean hotel
No basic stuff like conditioner, hair caps . The hotel is in the middle of renovations . On our arrival got a room where the WiFi in the room didn’t work and the water in the shower wasn’t warm enough . They gave us a new room in a different floor with WiFi and warm water However , in the other room the mattresses of the beds were soft compared to the mattresses in the former room , so we couldn’t sleep well I tried to tell them to change the mattress if there was a hard one available but unfortunately they didn’t . One of the staff members wrote me that the mattress hardness might vary in some rooms and he will put a note to help me but a few hours they sent me a new message saying all the mattresses are the same It’s really hard to enjoy a vacation when you can’t sleep well because your back hurts .

Construction ongoing - dirty elevator, entrance floor, reception… hammering noise. Understandable considering construction ongoing - but this construction information should have been stated before booking. Poor WiFi connectivity in the room - much better WiFi access the reception.

The hotel was quite disappointing. It looked old and outdated, and it was very different from what was shown in the photos online. The pictures made it seem modern and well-maintained, but in reality, the rooms and facilities were worn and not properly kept.

The main advantage is definitely the location — it’s excellent. You step right out onto a busy pedestrian tourist street, and it’s only about a 5–10 minute walk to the Danube riverfront. That’s really the biggest highlight. The breakfasts are okay for the price — nothing special, not much variety, but acceptable.
it’s important to understand that even though this is advertised as a 4-star hotel, it does not feel like a true 4-star experience. For me, it’s closer to a 3-star hotel. First of all, there was some kind of construction going on, and the lobby was constantly dirty. The hotel itself is quite small, and the rooms are also small. I especially want to mention the bathroom — it’s extremely tiny. The shower door was loose on its hinges and kept moving by itself. There’s barely any space — basically just enough to step into the shower. The room itself is small but generally okay. What was more frustrating is that there’s a De’Longhi coffee machine in the room, but you have to pay extra for the coffee — it would honestly be better not to have it at all. There’s no kettle, and no phone to contact reception. After cleaning, I noticed that trash bags were just left on the table, which didn’t feel appropriate at all. Overall, the hotel was more of a disappointment for me. It would have been better to pay a bit more and stay somewhere nicer. I even considered changing hotels, but since I was only staying for 3 nights, I didn’t. My rating: 5/10, mostly because of the location.

The staff were super friendly and accommodating. There was an issue with the AC system in my room and they moved me immediately. Breakfast buffet is impressive and the bed was comfortable. Newly renovated, great location.
Someone somewhere was smoking, it was wafting up through the ventilation system.
