Wonderful
Transportation is convenient, with easy access to buses, the metro, and trams. The room is spacious, well-equipped, and thoughtfully stocked with small treats such as wine, coffee, candy, and chocolate. We arrived quite early, and Livia was very kind to let us check in at 11 a.m.
However, the hairdryer had problems on the first night, and we never received a response. The bathroom has only a half-glass partition, so using the shower easily splashes water outside.

Unfortunately bad smell from toilet, AC was not working, one of the window shades was broken (won’t go down to cut the outside light)

1) The location was perfect, walking distance all over directions, as well as 3-5 mins from airport shuttle bus.
2) The host was very attentive and helpful, she let us have an early check in which was way too nice gesture, also kept our luggage till the evening.
3) There were additional towels, candy, coffee, salt and other basic stuff one might need.
4) The room was big, a usable kitchen, good water pressure.
1) It was on the ground floor, so you could feel the humidity.
2) There was zero chance to shower and avoid spreading the water to every inch of the bathroom. There was no heating floor in the bathroom, so all this water you need to clean yourself mechanically if you don’t want it stay it there for days.

Good location washing machine. Complementary wine.
Very uncomfortable bed. Timber slats creaked every time you moved. No shower - just a bath with hand held shower rose. Had to pay in cash and no receipt provided.

Incredible location inside a quite gated community, once outside the gate you are in a bustling busy city street!! Apartment was very spacious, comfortable, and had all the amenities you need. Very private, quite and relaxing all whilst being in the center of the city. Host is very kind and accommodating, highly recommend!!

The quiet place in the city center. Very close to Vaci street (shopping street) and St Istvan Basilica. Metro station is on 5 minutes walk.
Kitchen is well equipment, you can get tea bags, coffee, sugar and salt in it
Host was very helpful and booked us a taxi to airport due the early check out

Great location, close to everything downtown and surrounded by bars and restaurants. Really spacious and comfortable apartment with a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. All the little details were provided.
The wifi was not good. Signal often dropped out completely. I sometimes had to stand near the front door to get a strong signal. There was loud construction noise starting 8am which was not the fault of the property, but still something to note.

Wonderful service, friendly staff, spacious room and lots of air, it wasn’t stuffy on hot days. Large bathroom, good equipment, everything you need is there. Excellent central area and very convenient transport communications.

Kings Residence met and exceeded our expectations. It is in the centre of Budapest. All the attractions, bars and restaurants are with in easy walking distance. The apartment is huge and very quiet as it is at the back of the building. The décor is fresh and the apartment has every thing necessary to make you stay comfortable including washing machine, micro-wave, stove top and tea and coffee facilities. Livia was easy to contact and very responsive. My wife had fabulous time in Budapest partly as we were able to come home to the apartment and relax in spacious comfort. This is the perfect apartment so stay and explore Budapest. I cant recommend it more highly. Thankyou Livia for a great stay.
