The room was spacious enough for two adults and one child. The hotel kindly added an extra bed for the child, which we greatly appreciated. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was very friendly, and we are very thankful for the welcome birthday cake in the room for my niece, who was turning four. She was very happy.

Generously served , the breakfast is absolutely complete with all kind of breads, eggs on demand, fresh fruits, cold cuts, juices and all sort of beverages.
The atmosphere is also very cozy.
Rooms are big and beds ultra comfy with soft linen.
Ammenities are good too.
Friendly and smiling staff overalll.
Location walking distance near every interesting spot in town is a plus!
AC a bit complicated to set to desired temperature…wouldn’t come down to less than 22c

The room was super nice, bed very comfortable and everything was clean.
Hotel room was very nice and as all nice things, came with a price. The sad thing was that we "discovered" at 7am that the Nobu Restaurant is undergoing renovation works and they start to drill and hammer early morning so that they can finish by 10 "not to disturb the conferences". Sadly seems they are ok with disturbing guest sleep. We had to change hotel so it was not the best experience and absolutely not aligned with the room price.
Staff told us that they are communicating this to everyone and everywhere before booking, in our case was not true. We have both booking and email communication and there is no mention of this. At least they let us shorten our stay.
The breakfast was pretty standard and for the type of hotel we would have expected to be able at least to order something an not have only buffet and egg station.

The staff were incredibly nice, the room was very clean and cozy. It was a great combo of luxury and kid friendly.
Breakfast was delicious, although paying separately - it doesn't seem a little higher than it needs to be price wise. Pool was pretty chilly.

Our choice of this hotel in Budapest was very successful overall. The location is excellent and made our trip much easier, which we really appreciated. The service was good, and the cleanliness, organization, and the room itself were all very good and comfortable. However, unfortunately, the view from the room was not nice.
We did experience one unpleasant situation on the first night. We arrived in the evening feeling very tired from traveling and were hoping for a quiet room and a comfortable sleep. Suddenly, we started hearing a very strange knocking noise, which honestly scared us. We were too exhausted to change rooms at that time, but the noise kept repeating every five minutes in a very unusual way. We informed the hotel and they sent someone, but it didn’t help. Eventually, we discovered ourselves that the noise was caused by a specific air-conditioning setting that needed to be changed. The problem was that my husband prefers sleeping in a cooler temperature, but we couldn’t keep it that cool because the noise would return.
This was the only issue that bothered us; aside from that, everything else about the hotel was excellent.
