In center of town,modern ,spacious and comfortable.
Spa area is kind of small ,bathroom with toilet is very small ,wish they had English speaking movie channels or at least Netflix so I could watch my movies just like in other Kempinski hotels .

The room was beautiful. It took a bit of time to figure out how to turn lights off, but keep them on in the bathroom.
The light to turn on do not disturb did not work. This is horrible as when I’m in my room I need to be able to tell the staff not to enter. They didn’t even have a paper sign to hang on the door knob

Location Location Location, It's the only hotel right on the main park, Erzsebet Ter, so you can literally walk outside and see tons of visitors, a huge ferris wheel, street foods, and even a grocery store 1 block away, and the staff is super super nice. Room is not huge, but designed well. Having a Starbucks-style barista/deli is super convenient. The "Lady in Red" helped me scan some high-res documents that were important. I would have stayed longer but they didn't have more availability.

The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of everything.
It offers some of the best facilities I have ever experienced. The gym is amazing, and the spa is of an exceptionally high standard, featuring two hot saunas at different temperatures, a steam sauna, and a Turkish hammam.
Best of all, both the gym and spa are available at no additional cost.
The massages are professional, and the rooms are incredibly spacious, luxurious, and comfortable.
The room service is excellent, and the cleanliness and overall level of maintenance are outstanding. Everything is kept perfectly clean and organized.
Overall, it is a truly luxurious hotel experience with excellent facilities and service.
We arrived relatively early and requested an early check-in. We were informed in advance that it could not be guaranteed, which we completely understood. However, when we arrived and asked if it would be possible to check in even just one hour earlier, our request was declined.
I believe the hotel could have been more accommodating and shown greater flexibility and hospitality regarding this matter.
Additionally, the hotel requires a security deposit that is not mentioned on Booking.com. The deposit is approximately 50% of the total room cost, which is one of the highest deposits I have personally encountered.

This is an extraordinary place to stay, highly recommend. The staff and level of professionalism and service is what made our stay so enjoyable. Truly from the moment we checked in, it was great. They pay special attention to their youngest guests and the surprises were warmly appreciated. The front desk staff and concierge were incredibly helpful answering questions with patience and care and providing a map to help us navigate. We look forward to staying again in the future. The location is very convenient and central, the room was nice and clean, room service was lovely.

And than I learned that im in a room with joint room next to me but instead to put my other room there
They put different people and i had to here them so loud and no body did anything about it

The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. It was delicious and the service was great! The lobby is big with plenty of seating. The staff were perfect.

The hotel's super central, just a few meters from the metro and bus stops. We pretty much walked to every attraction. It's modern, beautifully decorated, and the room's spacious.
Our last breakfast (early before the flight) was moved to their lobby Cafe and it took them so long to make the omelet that I just didn't eat it because I ran out of time.
