Lovely spacious room, all the facilities that we needed for our trip, excellent location, Quiet and peaceful.
Our room was located a floor above the elevator which means climbing stairs which was less convenient.

It was a week stay with two children and the rooms are big and beautiful. We asked for breakfast but it was not what we expected. It was not very suitable for us and the children. The sheets are old and it is better to change them. We asked more than 3 times to clean the rooms but there was no response. The fourth time they cleaned the rooms, they should pay more attention to cleaning the rooms.

First of all, I would like to thank all the staff of the hotel. They were so kind and they gave me the best viewed room. The room was very clean and qualify. Next time I will definitely choose the same hotel when I visit Budapest.

Very good location in Budapest, nice building and neighbourhood
Very, very dirty. It was so filthy that we were very careful not to touch too many things. The white socks were black in a matter of 5 minutes. Too bad for the location. The design of the room is nice but we couldn't enjoy it because everything looked so dirty

The keys were provided instantly upon arrival at the reception. The room was spacious. The lighting and the view of the street below were nice.
The receptionists were very polite and let us keep our luggage for a couple of hours after we checked out. They were not hesitant to provide us extra tea bags when requested.
The wifi was very good. The location was perfect for a walk to the river bank.
The building has a sort of vintage vibe to it.
The reception was tough to reach. We spent several minutes trying to figure out how to enter a locked building and spent several minutes before pressing the the number for the residence on the intercom. A mention of that in the long emails that were sent by the property prior to check-in would have been helpful.
Also, one day the main gate got stuck and our keys did not work. We had to request the reception to open the doors. This became a minor issue when we came to collect our baggage and the reception desk was empty.
The breakfast was not a buffet, rather a collection of items in a basket with absolutely no substitutes for vegetarians (fish and egg are not vegetarian). So we got reduced breakfasts consisting of only cold items.
The lift was edgy, with the reception not allowed to use it so that they 'can help those guests who get stuck in, get out'.
The room had no slippers.
The biggest turn off was that we were refused a washroom service after we had checked out. The staff could have let us use their restroom, but they simply said no! This was shocking.

The location was excellent, the apartment was clean and spacious with everything we needed to make meals, the bathroom was great, and the bed was very comfortable. Staff were super helpful and pleasant.

Excellent location. All tourist attractions easily approachable.Very helpful staff.
Being an Apartment property and not a Hotel the property still offers Breakfast. I was not sure of the quality of the Breakfast they provide, so we requested for 01 basket of Breakfast on payment. The property refused to provide 01 Breakfast and said that you have to buy 02 Breakfast.
