Wonderful
Great place. Service was excellent. Highly recommended. Close to everything. Clean and quite. Great for couples and tourists.
Price was fair. We used public transportation and it was great.

We were able to check in early at 10 o’clock after our cruise boat disembark without additional charge. This was extremely convenient for our group and saved us a lot of time not having to store n retrieve our luggages so we could process with our group tour.
In addition, located within walking distance to the bus stop, a block from a grocery store, pharmacy, shops. BTW, public transportation are free for all seniors, and emergency visit to the urgent care are free of charge for everyone, even the foreigners ‼️ We took the bus back to the hotel after our visit to the Hero Square, the famous bath house, and had the famous chimney cakes at the Edes Macko
Could be noisy from the main streets if you are on the lower floors

The kitchenette is incredibly convenient and wonderful. I've never seen anything like it. It has a stove, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a refrigerator. There's also a personal water heater and a private entrance to the room.
It was quite noisy at night with the window open; it turns out the avenue beneath the hotel is busy not only during the day but also at night. 2) Small, squishy shampoo bottles. The EU banned their use long ago. Hotels should have large, refillable containers for soap and shampoo.

Location was prefect for easy access to transportation. Baggage storage was very handy-use lockers to secure own items and leave/retrieve as convenient. Maid service was stellar!
There are only a two steps between the street and the front door, but seems silly to have any barrier to access. The bathroom door does not open all the way - it hits the sink. Sink drain does not close - challenging for contact lenses or washing face.

This was our third trip to Budapest and our first with children.
All three times, we stayed at this hotel precisely because it's located in the center of Pest! All the sights are within walking distance!
When we return to Budapest, we'll definitely stay at this hotel again!
Apart from the creaky doors at the entrance to the floor, everything was fine.
If you don't like anything about this hotel, it means you have unrealistically high expectations and need to be more careful when choosing a hotel in the future!

breakfast could be better, just by adding some pastries like croissants for example, and having more still water/in a large bottles or container, not small ones that would need to be refilled every time someone used it

The location
Our room smelt really bad, like sulphur the whole time..
Was told a different price for parking when we got there than I was emailed prior. Also we couldnt park our car with the hotel as we rented it the same day as check in so we had to park else where. Which was inconvenient.
We would have stayed somewhere else if that was public information before booking the hotel..

perfect central location, clean apartment, good kitchen facilities, spacious room, friendly reception.
the only thing (and looks mentioned in other reviews) windows looking to main street so during the night can be noisy , most trouble is from emergency and fire service vehicles. need to close windows properly and take positive attitude. for a couple of days that's not a big deal.

The location is perfect - could not be better. We arrived 3 friends, and the apartment was everything we needed - spacious, convenient and clean. Anything we needed was addressed within minutes, the staff was friendly and we had a great experience overall.
