Very clean and cozy apartment in a quiet neighborhood. The central areas can feel quite touristy but this area has a very local feel.
105/210 buses are very convenient to get to the central areas and the bus stop is very close to the apartment. The train station and the tram station are farther away but easily walkable.

The apartment can get a bit warm but there's a fan to deal with it. The pillows were a bit too soft but that's just my personal preference. :)

I really like the apartment. It's comfortable and we rest nicely. Has big bed and cleaned room, kitchen, bathroom .Has free coffee and tea as well .Has free soap, tissue and towels.

The apartment was fantastic—extremely well-maintained and clean, with everything you could need. Attila was very kind and helpful. It was immediately clear that he takes great care of his guests. We arrived in Budapest before the check-in time, and he allowed us to come to the apartment early. There is a bus stop very close to the apartment, making it easy to get to the city center. The surroundings are peaceful. I highly recommend it!
The only thing I missed was more detailed information about check-in.

I want to give an honest review of the apartment & the host, based on our experience. Everyone has different expectations and opinions and as such, this is ours.
We arrived at the apartment, which is very easy by tram, metro or bus and the bus stop is just down the road. We were met by Attila, who was charming.
His only request was that we did not wear shoes in the bedroom as it was a new floor.. for us not an issue.
The apartment is spacious, bright & airy and immaculately clean. The beds & pillows are some of the most comfy we've had in accommodation. The bedding is tired but cosy & clean.
The TV worked perfectly, with a variety of channels not that we watched it.
Windows opened wide for fresh air & overlooked a quiet garden area, which is well maintained.
There is only one bedside table, which we found inconvenient.
The only sockets in the kitchen are not next to the table so when working on a laptop, which needs electricity I had to trail the provided extension across the floor. There were lots of teabags but only one plain tea, the rest were fruity so hubby had no tea all weekend. The coffee pot had to go on the gas so we didn't use it. This could be an easy fix, with a simple coffee machine or a jar of good quality instant coffee.
The towels were small and tired but again serviceable & clean.
The apartment could benefit from the addition of two comfortable chairs as there was nowhere to sit and watch TV or relax, apart from just sitting on the beds which we found very uncomfortable to do. A simple rearranging of the furniture would make a world of difference.
On the first night, we came back early and were sitting in the kitchen when one of the chairs collapsed under hubby. This resulted in him crashing to the floor & the glass he'd just been drinking from, smashing on the tiles. For a man of 68, with a bad knee & back, this could have been a huge issue. I contacted the host as soon as I'd checked there were no broken bones or cuts from the broken glass. We were both not impressed with the lack of response from him until 24 hours later. Injuries aside, it left us with nowhere to sit to eat for the rest of our stay.
This changed as we left & our host offered to take us to the train station which we politely declined as I simply wanted to get home. Since then he has shown some concern about the incident, but it's a shame it was not shown at the time. I suspect this newfound concern is review-related.
Our biggest issue was the checkout procedure. We had to give the host our check-out time when we arrived, which found very restrictive, especially as I'd been woken by the neighbour above, vacuuming at 7.05 AM..
