Best location in the city! Castle and river view. Easy access to tram and metro stops. Walking distance to the cities top attractions. The breakfast buffet is fantastic.

Excellent location and view from the room with a friendly staff.

Location was excellent and staff was nice.
Somewhat dated. The one usb port didn’t work. The room was dark even with all the lights on. It took twenty minutes to place a drink order and another twenty to get it.

The hotel is on the waterfront and our room, as requested, had an excellent river view and beyond, including the catle area on the Bida side of the Danube. the location was very central to everything. The hotel itself is a 4star+. The included breakfast included all possibilities for all appetites.

Fantastic view and location. I can't say enough about how good the staff was. Also the kitchen can cook. We had a problem with the shower head being broken, it was replaced within the hour.
The TV channel offering was very poor. Two liberal news channels in english is as if there are no TV channels. I realize TV is minor but rain or weather may dictate a need.

Location, amazing river view, roomy room, good bed and great bell hops to help us. Ordered room service and it was good.
The bathroom (mainly shower) was a little odd/outdated for a premier property. The coffee machine didn’t work or we couldn’t figure out. Understandable that we couldn’t get in early to our room it’s just managing expectation and communication wasn’t there. Not end of world, just could have been managed better through follow up communication.
