Wonderful
Lovation, Location, Location… fantastic views from the eindow of the room. Fantastic breakfest included each morning. Spacious rooms. Very clean. Eco-friendly. Gracious helpful staff.
In short- what a vacation!
A bit noisy from the street below in the late evenings - young people partying for hours on the banks of the Danube River.

Very Good
The view was exceptional from our room on the 5th floor. The staff were professional and friendly. The location was good from that point of view. The main lobby area was comfortable.
We found the rooms and bathrooms to be very tired and old not really any luxury about them. The noise outside when enjoying the view of the castle in the evening was on at least two nights of our stay that 'boom boom' coming for the front area not really music just the thud. This is the only drawback with the location.

The view of Buda Castle was INCREDIBLE! The location was perfect- near transportation, restaurants, shopping and the dinner cruises. Breakfast buffet was delicious and there were so many options. High end. Very nicer
I wish I could’ve stayed longer! Also I got locked in The elevator because I couldn’t find my room key. Make sure you have your key before you get on

Friendly staff, ready to help us in anything that we needed. We were lucky enough and all lights light up when we came! Great location close to everything, great breakfast, super clean rooms and facilities.

Location, gym, and 1-2 staff members.
Some valet staff, old furniture and common areas, quality much lower than price, and lack of attention for non members. The hotel is much older than pictures show.

The hotel was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. I really enjoyed my stay.

Situated right next to the river.
Fabulous breakfast outside- I just sat there for nearly two hours just admiring the view.
I was given a room with locked doors to the room next to mine and I could hear the people in the other room talking.
Only stayed one night so didn’t ask to change my room.
