Reasonably central and walking distance to most sights
The state of the property and the rooms is significantly more rundown than the images suggest. Scuffs, chipped paint, hastily hung wires everywhere make this look decidedly less put together than the rooftop image they prominently show. The rooftop is also only open for breakfast which seems an unimaginable lost opportunity.

Location is decent, and the two restaurants on property are very good. The staff were mostly accommodating.
The air conditioning was subpar even by Europe standards. Our television barely worked, and the wi-fi didn’t work in our room. There was a musty odor in our room and the hallway (we were on the 6th/top floor) the whole hotel seemed far less clean than the photos would lead you to believe.

Disappointing
Very hard for our limited mobility relatives to get in and out of hotel, very unfriendly and unhelpful staff at overpriced and not great breakfast. 20€ for 1 coffee, 1 oj and 1 main dish. One person in our party didn't pay for breakfast at the time of booking but told reception he would like to have breakfast with the rest of us. We assumed they would add a breakfast price to his room. At breakfast he was not allowed to eat the fixed price menu he had to order from a different menu and for some reason could not order a glass of orange juice. He was told 5 times by overly agressive waitstaff that he had not paid for breakfast and would have to pay there. Which was ok but embarassing and overly complicated. Beds were too hard, reception did not provide help with luggage even for our reduced mobility family members.

Central location
For a family trip, we had 5 rooms in all. When I showed up with elderly and reduced mobility relatives with walkers and several suitcases and saw all the stairs to the reception and hotel I asked the receptionist if there was a more accessible entrance. I was told that was it then offered a large piece of plywood to put on the steep staircase. I said that won't help and then she left. No offer to help with the luggage or the two reduced mobility persons.
They checked in and again, no offer to help with the bags. So I took their bags up for them and then went back to check-in myself.
The rooms were no better, my relatives checked in first and were given a room with a very small bathroom on multiple levels and al the other end of the floor, where the walker did not fit. Their room was also on the other end of the floor after several sharp bumps on the floor which would have been annoying with a suitcase but very difficult with a walker. I then checked in, My room's bathroom was on the same level as the bathroom only an elevated shower. I asked if they could change rooms and was told the receptionist didn't know how the other rooms were. Long story short we switched rooms, I find it unfortunate they weren't given the room i was given in the first place. The rooms were all awkwardly shaped, poorly insulated - the garbage trucks woke us up ag 6am, could hear the elevator from our room and bed was very hard.
Breakfast was a joke, very fixed menu, only for guests who had booked with the room, big long story to get another coffee, only one was included, we asked for more, lots of attitude as if we were trying to rip off the hotel, we were fine with paying for more. One person, wanted scrambled eggs instead of fried and was told no. There are many hotels in Budapest, most better and cheaper, I will not stay in hotel rum again and do not recommend it to anyone else.

Aggressive wait staff at overpriced and not great breakfast. Reception did not help at all with luggage even for elderly guests with a walker. Rooms were all weirdly laid out, with a very open glass sliding door to the bathroom that did not give any privacy. Bathroom was on multiple levels, leaving the shower was precarious, a step down out of the shower then a very short landing then another step down out of the bathroom. On top, beds were also too hard and rooms were noisy. There are other hotels in Budapest that are better quality and less expensive, we will choose one of them next time

Location is very good.
Reception staff is very good.
Ceiling mirror on the ceiling above bed was fun.
Bed and pillows were comfy.
Our rooms did not have a proper window, only a high window, could not open to aerate and our ac did not work for 3 night, they then repaired it.
In one of our 3 rooms we did not have a coffee machine (capsules) .
The room is better for a solo traveler as the bathroom has not hermetic privacy.

Would be nice if the restaurant was open for the afternoon and dinner.
The view is amazing and it would be great to have an option in the hotel later in the day instead of just breakfast.

Great Location,It is very close to super markets,attractions and also surrounded by restaurants .
Well, it was winter when we went to Budapest and it was very cold, reaching -15, so their AC was broken, so we didn't have a heater until then. We requested a heater from HR and the next day we were given one, which was our last night despite the long stay, but despite that, they were able to compensate somehow, but that didn't help because my husband and I got sick.
As for the food, my husband didn't eat it even though it was included in the reservation because pork is not allowed, so their breakfast mostly had pork, but I was fine.

Great location--close to Jewish District, Central Market Hall, downtown. All very walkable. Room was modern and nice.
Thought rooftop bar would be open. Perhaps was closed due to the holiday week between Christmas and New Year's

The plug for the refrigerator wasn’t working. The chord on the hot water was too short to reach the outlet, so I had to use the hot water pot on floor. The beds weren’t comfortable.

Great location, clean and modern
The bed was rock hard, it was so bad we actually wondered was it a proper mattress or just a piece of foam on top of a wooden base. Additionally, our room on the top floor was beside some kind of building air ventilation system that was very loud regardless of whether the window was open or not. Maybe other rooms are better but we were disappointed.

Great location.
Beautifully decorated and super clean throughout the hotel.
Amazing rooftop views from the breakfast restaurant.
All staff were lovely and helpful too.
Breakfast reservations/time slots filled up fast, so often we had to miss breakfast as the only time slot was 7am.
Breakfast menu offering was quite different to usual hotels, fussy eaters might struggle.
