The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The rooms were good and clean.
They have a 24 hours front desk and that's super helpful for travelers.
The pool was clean and we were able to book a slot for us.
The reception area needs to be aired more often.
The humidity from the heated pools enters the reception and anyone who enters feels that the place is not clean because it smells weird.

Staff was super nice and breakfast was generous.
Bathroom was shared and not directly connected to the room, which is somewhat inconvenient and the location is little further from the city center (but the public transport covers everything).

The receptionist was very nice, agreed to receive me late and helped me with everything I needed. The shared shower is very clean and the hotel is comfortable and cozy. There is also a small pool included in the price and a sauna for an additional fee.

A free parking and quiet area
The room is very small, around 10m2, not like it’s fixed in the description of the room. The price is too high for such small room, in the location which is quite far from the city center.

The front desk helped us to store the luggage. They were friendly and helpful.
We book a room with three beds. Two beds were ok, but one bed in our room was uncomfortable and hard to sleep. The location is far away from downtown Budapest. During the weekend, the price is much more expensive than weekdays.

The price but it costs us dearly trying yo save a buck.
We had to leave immediately and requested a refund which we did not get. The room was old, and most of all it stank of smoke and was impregnated with a horrible smell. We could not stay as our daughter is severely asthmatic. It is definitely not worth staying in this hovel. You will save a few bucks but it is super far from the center of town and the rooms are raking in smoke smell. We did not touch the room as we left right away and they denied the refund even after we explained our daughter’s problem.
