Wonderful
Room was cozy and nice, comfortable bed, nice bathroom with plenty towels. The view outside was also nice. The location is great, we came for a concert that was in Puskas arena and it took us about half an hour walking, many good restaurants and bars along the way. Also the subway station is just a minute away. Hotel's interior design is amazing, old austro hungarian architecture and decorum. Overall good hotel at a great location.
Just a few minor details, the room was rather small. Complementary sauna on the 5th floor was very welcome but it was off when we got there and had to turn it on ourselves which meant waiting for it to warm up and the music inside of it was rather loud too. There was nothing in the mini fridge in the room which was odd but ok. The parking for the stay was extra cost and it's located in a nearby street, it takes 2 minutes driving to get there and the garage is very very narrow, if you have a bigger car take this into consideration.

I had a 7-night stay at this hotel. Overall, my stay was satisfactory and the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is located conveniently next to the metro and tram station. My room was small, but adequate for my needs, had a mini-fridge, and enough storage space for my clothing. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioning was functional, but loud at the highest setting. The breakfast was tasty. Housekeeping cleaned my rooms well when requested.
The main thing I did not like is that the bathroom has poor ventilation and the water from the shower does not drain properly due to a level shower floor. After showering, the bathroom would remain damp with a large puddle of water on the shower floor for hours afterwards. This would occasionally cause a sour mildew smell to emanate from the bathroom.
My room was on the first floor and faced the street/tram station. I could hear frequent sirens and the tram, however, slept fine with earplugs.

One block away from New York Cafe, same block as the tram, super helpful front desk, great food in the restaurant, probably the cleanest hotel I’ve ever encountered
My only complaint was kind of small pillows and the bed could use a layer of memory foam

front deck persons were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was amazing. Prime location to get anywhere quickly. Bus, tram and subway were all right there. Room was spacious.
We were at the end of the long narrow hallway on the fifth floor farthest from the elevator. When the maids were servicing the rooms was tight to get around the carts for us. My only minor negative comment.

The staff, especially Gabor and Sarah (Czara?), were all very nice and helpful. I am angry at Booking.com because they charged me in euros and Hungary does not use euros. I have a US credit card and wanted to be charged in dollars. The fact that they insisted in charging me euros increased the cost. On top of that, they charged me at least twice what my travelling companion paid for the room next door directly through the hotel. I am seriously considering not using booking.com any more. But the hotel is wonderful and I recommend it.
The cleaning staff seemed overwhelmed. It is probably best to tell reception when you go out that you want your room cleaned.

Great stay and excellent staff
The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with great staff who were polite, helpful, and professional throughout our stay.
The building itself is beautiful, with great architecture, and the location is very good. We easily used trams and buses to travel across the whole city, which made getting around Budapest simple and convenient.
Overall, we had a very good experience, and we will definitely stay here again if we return to Budapest.

The location, the people working in the breakfast area and dinning room. The room are clean and comfortable.
There's a girl who works at reception, I was there on 9/8 after 2pm to ask questions to know more about the hotel, and request a set of towels and toilet paper for our room, , because we put the side for not cleaning for two days. She wasn't nice. I didn't know her name, she was the tallest on that day. But everyone else in the reception and other area was very nice.

The hotel is an old and beautiful building with high ceilings and spacious staircases.
It’s located close to main attractions so you can easily walk to them.
The room was nice and the bed was really comfortable.
The housekeepers did the room cleaning every day.
There was a small infrared sauna on the 5th floor of the hotel which was complimentary
There were no boiled eggs at breakfast just omelette.
