The property is magnificent. Rooms are well appointed and very comfortable. Steeped in history, beautifully restored with quality finishes. Staff go above and beyond. Nothing is too much trouble. Love the afternoon tea and the 24 hour tea and coffee facility downstairs. Breakfast was excellent too. Position perfect. Would not hesitate to return and recommend this property.

Excellent staff and a wonderful buffet breakfast each morning. Also, coffee available any time along with small treats was a nice touch. Very comfortable beds.

it was such a beautiful hotel located in the central part of Pest near everything you would want to see, visit and absorb. The morning breakfast excellent with a lot of variety of foods to enjoy before you set out for your morning. the staff was attentive, extremely helpful and full of awesome suggestions for dinner reservations around the city

The front desk staff were excellent - very friendly, accommodating and helpful. They were able to get my elderly parents into a room immediately even though we were there quite early. The room was large, immaculate and comfortable and our included breakfast was wonderful, with lots of delicious hot and cold options to choose from. The hotel is located on a wide, leafy boulevard in a rather upscale part of the city. The opera house was less than a five minute walk away and there were several cafes and restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay here if we are ever in Budapest again.

Great central location, easy to get around to all the main sites. Beautiful interior lobby, nice breakfast, friendly staff, variety of pillow options. Very easy walk to AirPort Express shuttle.
If I had to say anything it might be that the breakfast lacked variety day to day.

We are very happy with this hotel and will definitely come back again!
Our room (209) was spacious, clean, new, and modern, with very high ceilings.
The breakfast was amazing with a great variety of food.
In the lobby, you can have free coffee, tea, and nuts all day, and from 15:00 to 17:00 there are also some sweets.
Everything is neat and beautiful.
The staff is very friendly and always ready to help with anything.

Helpful staff, comfortable beds (which makes a difference when your stay is over a week!) and a good breakfast. I especially liked the juicer!
The restaurant is only open part of the time, which means room service isn't always available.

Room was fine
The included breakfast had a canteen vibe with tables left dirty and the food offering was poor quality and often cold/stale. We only had breakfast on day one and then went out.
