Excellent location, facilities, breakfast , 24/7 assistance of the staff, 24/7 free coffee
The only improvement would be a table and ashtray for the smokers outside the hotel or any smoking designated area somehow . Otherwise, everything was perfect !

The hotel has an amazing central location, very close to all main public transportation and within easy walking distance to everything. Despite being near a busy road, it was impressively quiet with a great, modern atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, they answered all our questions and gave great local recommendations. The room was spotless, comfortable, and stylish. Breakfast offered an excellent variety of fresh and delicious choices, and the 24/7 coffee and tea in the lobby were a lovely extra, especially during colder days.
Honestly, nothing worth mentioning - everything met or exceeded our expectations.

Excellent location in a safe and popular neighborhood of Andrassy St. Close to all the action including the Catedral and Opera. The hotel is rated 4-star but really should almost be considered a 5-star hotel. It has everything you need.

This was my second stay, and this time I enjoyed the Basilica Suite with Terrace after previously staying in the wonderful Andrássy Suite. Both suites are beautifully designed and extremely comfortable — I can’t wait to return.
The staff went above and beyond with every request, and the location is perfect. 10/10.
Pillows are refreshed every three days, while towels are replaced daily if left on the floor.

Beautiful hotel right in the center of Pest, close to all the best restaurants and some attractions. Other attractions are only around 15 minutes walk. The staff is super nice and helpful. Breakfast is really good, with a lot of variety (and lots of veggies!). Our room was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. There's a complementary coffee corner near reception that served us very well in the January weather. Highly recommend!
Not the hotel's fault, but getting around with public transportation was a bit frustrating, as there were no real close stations. Every bus or train required a 5-8 minute walk. When most attractions required only about 15 minutes walk, walking 5-8 to/from the bus looked a bit redundant. In the winter this is a real bummer.

I liked everything about this hotel, something that doesn't happen usually...
The staff so friendly and helpful, speaks excellent English. The facilities are super clean, the room is quiet even though we were at the first floor and at perfect temperature, the breakfast is excellent with so much variety. The location is fantastic and close to everything, the basic room is big and has lots of storage space. It has a Finnish sauna and a small gym which were so nice to finish the day at. highly recommended.

Absolutely perfect stay! I stayed in the Andrassy Suite and the view was simply breathtaking. The suite was incredibly spacious, spotless, and very well equipped, including a Nespresso machine. The location is unbeatable.
The staff were outstanding and truly went above and beyond in every way. Breakfast was excellent with a fantastic selection. I was welcomed with a full bottle of champagne, macarons, and a beautiful note in the room—such an amazing and thoughtful surprise.
10/10 experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and would absolutely stay here again!

I was very happy with my stay at the hotel. Everything was wonderful — the hotel was very clean, the staff were kind and extremely helpful, the breakfast was great, the cleanliness was excellent, and the location was perfect. Overall, the entire stay was amazing and everything was just great
The only issue we had was that the bed was not very comfortable, especially since we stayed for 6 nights, which made it a bit challenging for us. Other than that, everything was great

Great hotel with fabulous rooms. We really liked the shower. The room was very clean and it met all our needs. Breakfast was included and was really good.
The tables in the restaurant where breakfast was served were very dirty and should have been washed before serving breakfast.
