We stayed in the apartment room for two people. The room was very clean and relatively well organized. The breakfast spread was not bad.
Just after I finished and payed for my booking, I got a message from the hotel saying that the "apartment" room type is not at the address they show on booking.com. It is about more than half a kilometer far from there. So we had to walk about 10 minutes after collecting key from their reception, which is only at the address mentioned in the booking. Also, the room was small and a bit dark to our liking.

I loved that the staff was so helpful and kind. From the moment of my late-night arrival to my check-out a week later, Boglarka was the perfect example of excellent customer service. I liked that when my Hungarian failed me, she understood my English.
I thought that this place had one of the best Hotel breakfasts anywhere I've been on my travels. Fresh selections every morning, including old Hungarian favorites of mine...tepertő, gyulai sausage, kifli, hot scrambled eggs, or hard boiled. Nice selection of ham, salami, cheese, and cut fresh tomatoes and sweet Hungarian peppers. Great coffee selections too.
The bed was comfortable and I appreciated the nice bedding and pillows.
The ONLY very small thing that gave me pause was a circular brick staircase going up to the floor my room was on. I had a really big, 48-pound, suitcase that had to go up. Boglarka took that case from me and went up in a flash like it was nothing. I was so appreciative since I have back issues.

I was in a dependance 300 mt from hotel, parking in front of the street is not the maximun, bit you can park in main building and reach by walking. Clean , quite , breakfast is ok

Quiet hotel, the room was clean, furniture was new, in fact the whole building was newly built, it was clean and nice. Breakfast was very tasty, wide selection of different food. Extra fee for parking but in the protected area, I felt safe and left things in the car with no worries. We could leave the car at the parking lot even after check-out time on the day of our departure. Thank you! :)

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very disappointing experience. The location is extremely inconvenient, making it difficult to access nearby attractions. The rooms were unpleasant and did not meet my expectations at all.
Additionally, the staff took forever to respond to my messages, often reading them without providing any feedback. They were unhelpful and unwilling to make any accommodations. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and responsive stay.

It does not have big courtains, so I woke up at 6 o clock in the morning because of the light.

Amazing value for money! Hotel Karin in Budapest exceeded our expectations—clean, comfortable, and with excellent service. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. For the price, you won’t find a better stay in Budapest. Highly recommended!

The hotel was very nice. It's quiet, warm, and clean. There is a private paid parking, and a good breakfast. One remark: the testess coffee from the vending machine and Rioba tea may spoil the overall good impression
