No isolation for windows so sounds noisy They came to clean in only morning and we are sleeping once we request to clean not much cleaning just change the cups and towels ,also request one hour extra for late check out they request 20€ per hour each room which is weird

Well located, just 5 min walk from Budapest's main station. Spacious room and great breakfast area. They offered cucumber and lemon water and fruit and the staff was friendly. Great water pressure and air conditioning during the heat wave.
the room was not super clean, vents were full of dust and bathroom walls were not wiped down. Found items from previous guests in the drawers.

The location.
I was offered and paid for room upgrades 10 Euro per night, total of 30 Euro. Later I find out that the room was the same size as the original booking. At the front desk I was told that paying for an upgrade doesn’t mean you get a better or bigger room. We have stayed in this hotel many times before, this was the first time we had some issues with misleading information about room upgrades.

the room was old fashioned. no desk. some lights were working, some not. I originally booked this hotel because it had parking (18 euro a day) but it turned out they close at night so It would not work if I returned late from out of town. I had to leave a day earlier and change my plans.

Camera spatioasa si luminoasa cu geamuri inalte. Aerul conditionat functioneaza bine.
Baia mica, fara geam sau ventilatie. Mizerie pe jos, ti se fac talpile negre mergand din camera in baie. Am stat 4 nopti si nu am sesizat sa se spele pe jos in niciuna din zile. Calcai pe jos si simteai nisip sub talpi. Pe usa de la baie si de la intrare cat si pe geamuri plin de urme de mizerie. Camera a fost la strada principala, nu izoleaza deloc zgomotul, in zona fiind un spital de urgenta, toata noaptea suna sirene de ambulante si politie. Micul dejun foarte sarac, identic in fiecare zi. Doar dupa ce am rezervat ni s-a spus ca platim extra pentru parcare. (Aproximativ 25 de euro pe zi)

Very comfortable and clean room. Also breakfast was excellent with lots of options.
Room refrigerator wasn't working. Though we were out most of the time, it wasn't a big issue for us.

The hotel is very nice and the crew is friendly, Be aware there is a highway right next to the hotel with a lot of noises and city center vibes like ambulance sirens etc.. very annoying and noisy during the night, the windows are not blocking the noises so good
