מלון קטן במיקום מצויין. הייתי בחדרים נקיים יותר במלון 5 כוכבים. מגבות חסרות לאורך כל זמן השהייה. בערב הראשון התלוננו על רעש חזק המזגן. הזכרתי שציינתי שיש לי יום הולדת. החדר היה ממוקם בקצה. הבטיחו שיום למחרת יבדקו אופציה לתת חדר טוב יותר. אחרי יומיים ביררתי מה קורה עם החדר והמזגן. וענו שאין שום רישום על תלונה. תיקנו את המזגן. עבד ערב אחד. יום למחרת תקלה נוספת. התייאשנו ואפילו לא התלוננו. לא אחזור למקום בדצמבר. האוכל בבוקר היה בסדר אך לא מגוון.

This hotel offered us one of the best experiences ever! Everything from the way they welcomed us to their never-ending hospitality accompanied with the amazing location was just incredible and helped us relax for the weekend. Good food, good atmosphere and good views, would definitely recommend and visit again in the future!

The location was perfect
I reserved for courtyard view room but the rooms view was to a wall and the room was incredibly small , i was so much dissappointed because the pictures of the room wasnt clear of the view. When i called the manager they changed my room upgrade it and the new room was gorgeous.

Beautiful view of the Chain Bridge and Danube. I love window seat to relax and enjoy the evening lights. Great staff. Very helpful and friendly.
The room was a bit small for friends traveling together. Would be better for a romantic trip.

The hotel location was perfect! Right at the bridge, walkable to so much food, sights and beautiful places to see. The hotel was beautiful and our room was very nice. We recommend and would come back!
