Great staff and location.
We originally booked an economy room. Economy should not be dirty and broken. Felt like a prison room. The upgrade to Standard was literally nigh and day. Skip the economy. It was depressing.

It has a kitchen, shared laundry facility. 24 hour front desk services. Help me to book local attractions. Grocery store 5 minute walk. Very convenient bus stops to cross river.
Its elevators and rooms are not in the same floor need a bit of lift of luggage’s.

The hotel's restaurant offers dinner from Monday to Friday inclusive. The chef and waiter who serves during this period are exceptional.
Almost all the staff is professional, helpful and friendly.
The room is large, equipped and according to the description.
Our bathtub was not the most comfortable, being very high.

All the attendants were really kind and helpful! It was amazing that they have adaptor for the outlets, otherwise we wouldn’t be able to charge our phones. There are bus stops really close, furthest we went to was about 3 minutes from the hotel. We easily came back in the middle of the night. There’s a kitchen, with a minibar and stove! It literally has everything and for a good price!

The room was nice, spacious and quiet. Good connection to the center by bus which was easy to use thanks to the adorable receptionist who was very kind and helpful with everything we could ever ask for. Bus tickets are also sold in the hotel lobby which is convenient.

Very nice hotel with comfortable rooms. Central location in Buda part, with bus station just in front of the entrance. Amazing staff helping in everything may be needed!

The staff is exceptional, very pleasant and friendly. That’s probably the only thing that justifies such high rate. Our room was spacious and very clean, enough space for a couple with a baby.
The hotel is not accessible. Stairs are everywhere, the elevator stops mid-floor, so not very convenient for a stroller or wheelchair for example.
The breakfast is merely ok, not worth 15€ er person.
The bed wasn’t a double, but two singles, and the mattress too soft. It was ok for one night, not sure for more than that. It takes quite a while for hot water to start flowing.

The room itself was fine - clean and while somewhat older fashioned it was comfortable, decently maintained, and, importantly, warm.
Wi-fi was shocking. I was there for business and was on the top floor. The wi-fi would not work up there and despite a number of attempts with hotel staff to fix it, I was wi-fi less unless I was happy to work in the downstairs hallway (I wasn't). Three days into my stay I decided to move hotels as I could not work there without wi-fi, and, all of a sudden I was offered a new room. Too late - why was this not offered on the first evening or the 1st full day?
The other concern was traffic noise as, although I was on the top floor, I fronted the main road and the traffic noise was horrendous from 5.30 AM onwards. Some investment needed in the way of triple glazed sound insulated windows.
