This was exactly what I wanted, a small nice hotel in a quiet zone, super close to Buda Castle and the gorgeous Fisherman's Bastion. Loved it.
The bed was smaller than I'm used to in hotels but it was ok. Not bad.

Booked at the midnight and checked in - thanks to 24hours reception. Even got a free room upgrade with city view and welcome drinks. Clean, comfortable and at a perfect location to start exploring the city. Plenty of available parking spots.

Loved the restaurant. Breakfast was so good, I invited 2 colleagues for breakfast the next day. Dinner al fresco was lovely, with a salad and sour cherry soup that was amazing. Service was pretty good. Also loved the coffee and refreshing beverages available in the afternoon.
The staff was good, but could have been friendlier.

Location is great
The “ hotel shuttle” is simply a taxi. They quoted 55 euro for the shuttle but the taxi driver charged extra for his time while we waited for our luggage at the airport.

The breakfast is very basic, when finishs something, they might say, we don't have that anymore...small room, not worth the money. They claim to have spa, in reality, it doesn't exist.

The room we occupied was clean and quiet. The place was surrounded by greens. Bus station for no.16, 16A just in front of the hotel. The lady in the reception (Lily) was so accommodating and helpful.
Far from the Metro and other commercial establishments. The carpet on the 2nd floor in front of the lift was too old and full of stain. The wellness room we used was not so clean and some accessories there were not functioning well.

It was an amazing location with attractions just steps away. The staff at the restaurant were very accommodating.
The sun comes up quite early, and our shades were light filtering. I would have preferred blackout shades. I traveled with my adult son, and even though two beds were requested. We had two twins put together.

Loved the location which was handy for the Buda Castle district. Quiet and easy access to the central transport hub.
Tea and coffee facilities available and a mini bar was replenished.
Fairly basic room, poor lighting and lack of mirrors. Room was quite warm even at night with aircon on.
Wi-fi was poor but if you connect to the TV it's ok.
Bring your own tea bags as these were pretty limited.
The receptionist was quite curt on our arrival and was fussing about where we parked rather than directing us to the garage, checking us in or welcoming us. She made no eye contact or smile.
No info given at reception on arrival, so we went completely in wrong direction first morning to find a cafe. Lack of info in the room in English. Pages were torn out/scribbled on and had not been replaced.
The restaurant is nice but she kept saying its not part of the hotel, but it was handy. Food was average and reasonable but nothing special. Service was good. We only had one breakfast which was okay.
A gentleman on reception was very helpful.
