We booked the room with the River View and it was really amazing experience inside the room looking outside at the parliament and so on. The historical tour in the basement about the entire building was very cool. Enjoyed that walk and learning more about it. Of course the location is amazing.
There is a rooftop bar where the guests will not be able to get in. If we don’t book a reservation however, we didn’t know the stuff upstairs was a bit rude. It was kind of like a disco rooftop bar and all night it was going so it was a bit loud. The restaurant in the hotel was unavailable due to private event so we couldn’t really eat there and enjoy the views also the small bar area was not really a good location in the hotel or of the other gas or just walking through that area and no views. Also when we got there, they charged us a large amount of money for the Vali parking and they charged us for breakfast to which it’s OK but the breakfast stuff weren’t allow us to pick a table and was kind of rude when we wanted to sit down at the window and redirected us because it was only two of us. We paid a lot of money to be there.

Loved the location but would have loved the history of the building. We did not experience the uniqueness of the property until we returned later in the evening from a day at St Margret’s island and found the lower entrance, wine cellar and Dominican cloister. I would have loved a tour of the property and surrounding area- possibly something the Hilton could offer in the future.
The location behind t the staff were unfamiliar with the fact that the Pentecost holiday and the wooden houses being erected on Wednesday

Location was nice , just 5 to 10 drive , even if you walk up to main area , just 25 mins and the waking view was fantastic

Close to touristy places. Room was clean with spectacular view. At 2pm when we eventually checked in, the lady and the gentlemen working at the front desk were both very friendly and nice.
When we first tried to check in at 11am-ish, there was an older man at the front desk with grey hair. He had a condescending tone when he talked to us, like he didn’t want to answer our “stupid” questions. For example, when we asked whether we need to provide both passports for check in, he rolled his eyes and immediately turned around and started laughing with his colleague in Hungarian.
The bathroom smelled bad. I think the smell was coming from the shower drian.
