Kind staff, amazing breakfast, good central location (although like any major European city, you may not find around the main train station a very lovely area...) and the attached shopping center was a big plus, big and super clean room.
The beds were too soft for us (due to back issues, we're used to harder mattresses).

Thought the location was good. Room was good and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Only stayed the one night waiting for other accommodation to become available. Wish we had stayed here the whole time.

This is an excellent 5 star hotel

Not suitable for those with dust allergies Very thick carpets that are difficult to clean the dust from. I had an allergy attack and I am still suffering a lot. It is better to remove the old carpet in several rooms and replace it with parquet.

Clean, great staff, location and the breakfast was absolutely DELICIOUS!
Some of the guests staying there complained about kids playing in the landing. I don’t think many kids stay here we saw 1 in our entire trip.

the attention to detail in the room amenities
wifi was a little slow. The toilet paper holder is not very good and easy for the roll to fall out. The passcode login for the wifi was incompatible with my firestick

Central location on pest side of Budapest. 20 mins drive to historical landmarks and tourist sites. Member lounge has great snacks and drinks collection if you are staying at the top floor. Also, there’s an entry to the adjacent mall from within the hotel which is super convenient for shopping.

Very Good
Location is good, next to the train station and tram. This comes with some sketchy characters like any other big train station. Staff looked a bit lost at the reception, but they were lovely and helpful during breakfast. Breakfast was great with a wide variety of choices. The room was on the small size for a group of 4, but it did the job for sleeping a night. Bonus for the underground parking at 7000 HUF a day.
The reception staff was kinda unhelpful and confused. The area surrounding the hotel was not the best with beggars and sketchy characters. The price/quality ratio did not live up to the hype of a Crowne Plaza place.
