The reception staff was very helpful.
Very good communication before we arrive and during our stay.
The room/apartment (108) was nice (107 might be a little better - it has a dinner table instead of bench), clean, comfortable for 2.
Located in the heart of the city (Pest).
Ιt looked recently renovated.
Easy access (only a couple of steps to the elevator).
In the nice bathroom, it would be better if there were:
a) Thermostatic shower/faucet mixer taps (they have separate hot/cold switches, so the water must keep on running if you don't want to adjust again the temperature after closing it).
b) Towel racks (instead of hooks on the door).
c) A hands towel.
Some times there was noise from nearby bars during the night.
Smokers will appreciate the balcony (even if it's not clean like the room inside), but don't expect a nice view. :-)
Breakfast included in the price (or/and special offer for the guests from the restaurant in the same building) would be appreciated.

Everything. It is a great apartment, well suited for tourists, in plain center of Budapest. Personel was friendly and efficient.
The area becomes noisy during the night (ear plugs are, however, provided).

Апартманите се наоѓаат во центарот на градот, лесно се пристапни и лесно можете да го најдете. Препорачливо е за сите што сакаат да избегнат превоз за да стасаат до главните знаменитости. Апартманите се сместени во зграда со автентична старинска архитектура, но се потполно реновирани и удобни.
Во истата улица и во околината има многу угостителски објекти со разновидна храна.
Немаме забелешки.

The location was good for restaurants and getting to several tourist spots.
There were several bars which made it loud into the morning very early morning hours.

We are very happy and satisfied with the place.
First, the team in the reception is SUPER nice and friendly. We really appreciate their assistance and kindness.
Second, the location is fantastic - especially for those who love the night life and want to explore the city by foot. We walked around a lot and the location was very convenient.
The room itself was clean, and well kept. It was bigger than what we imagined (it didn't look as big in the picture, so it was a positive surprise) and will equipped.
We will definitely recommend this place and would love to come back.
Can't find anything in particular, the only thing I can think of is that the reception work until 6PM, but the place provided an emergency number in case we need assistance beyond their working hours.
Honestly, we didn't need anything but that's the only thing I can think of as a con. Note that they do provide check ins beyond those hours so that's nothing to worry about.

Disappointing
The room was decently sized with a modern minimalistic design. Location was good, close to many famous brunch restaurants and bars. Overall the stay was comfortable.
Be careful if you need to check in out of their reception hours (9-6). We arrived at midnight and ended up waiting 40 minutes outside in freezing temperatures. Tried ringing the bell as they instructed, calling their late check-in number and even their emergency number many times. No answers. When the staff who's supposed to be on duty finally came to let us in, she gave no explanation and no apologies. When we complained that we waited for almost an hour, she even tried to correct us that it's just 40 minutes. Again no apology. And she tried to leave as soon as we were inside the building without even willing to make sure that we could get our room key just fine. It was a very bad experience such that despite everything else went well, I would not recommend this hotel.

In a walking distance of everything there is to see in Budapest. Clean and cozy, big terrace, surprisingly quiet at night. Also, big shower cabin is a plus, you don't have to hurt your elbows...

The place was excellent, with a great location right in the center of everything.
The room was very spacious and pleasant with a nice scent, a large shower, and a comfortable bed.
Room cleaning is only provided after the fourth day - which was sufficient for us.
We had a small mishap during check-in, but the hotel resolved the issue the next day and even offered appropriate compensation.
