Friendly and helpful staff. I was able secure a double bed without increasing cist.
It was on a very busy, noisy street. I dont recall this being mentioned in the info details. Also it was priced fairly for my original booking but when i requested an additional night as I had made a mistake in the booking selection, they accommodated me but would not offer the same rate. They in fact doubled my original rate quote. I felt this was an extreme price for that particular hotel as it was a very mid range hotel for its age, room size,, and amenities. This second rate was 180 euros/night which was a very high rate by comparison and definitely not worth that rate even if there was a big event scheduled for the upcoming weekend., in addition to the location being on a very busy/noisy road and quite far from the old town city centre/sights.

The parking should be available, it was not , breakfast was below the average and they charge me 50e more for the dog . Not recommend

The breakfast quality and variety did not meet 4-star standards. Additionally, the hotel was undergoing renovations, and we couldn't sleep past 7 AM due to workers painting the building. Overall, the price was unfair for a 4-star hotel.

Room small. Breakfast good, location in the evening is very quite. We would have preferred we booked on the pest side as activities are on the side of pest
No kettle and coffee in the room. For shower Caps we had to ask for them.

Comfortable bed, enough space overall, good choice for breakfast. Convenient location for sightseeing.
It wasn't clear in advance that hotel's own parking isn't free (15 EUR per day). However, this wasn't a big issue as we were there during weekend (free parking in the street).

Quite place, close to some of the main attractions you could walk to buda castle, rudas thermal bath, chains bridge;in any case there was a bus stop in 5 minutes, so good position.Good breakfast, very friendly staff.
Room was a little small and the whole place looks a little bit old fashion.
