Very Good
Although it took us some time to figure out the washer and dryer [should have instructions in english readily available, we had to ask the front desk for help], it was helpful for our trip.

Overall excellent choice, we stayed in two bedroom appartment. Comfy beds, super clean, modern design, equipped kitchen. Great location. Above all - exceptional guest service from reception to housekeeping, everybody very nice and helpful.

The staff was helpful, we made the reservation late in the day, the apartment was prepared for us almost instantly.
They also upgraded our apartment to a larger one for free, because it was available.
The place was nice and clean and it's well positioned in the city.
The breakfast seems a bit pricey and nothing out of the ordinary.

I think the value was perfect, for a very decent price we had items like iron and washing machine and a good enough space for 4 people
I think the breakfast can get much better, there aren't exactly a lot of choices and one of the problems to be honest was that among all those tea bags there wasn't a simple black earl grey tea?but all in all it wasn't bad

Breakfast was very basic, just like any other hotels. The bed was so uncomfortable, that it almost felt like sleeping on the floor. The pillows were the worst, they were half my head big. Also, it was not possible to turn the couch into a bed.
The location was alright, although i heard some screams from the outside sometimes while going to bed. The shower was almost the only thing that was good.

Convenient location. About 10 minites from Corvin-Negyed metro. Around the corner is a shopping mall and plenty of eating places. Staff at the hotel were all very helpful and friendly. Room was larger thanì usual.
