No thermal insulation on the 7th floor. In April it was too warm to sleep. No sound insulation. Could hear ambulance sirens all night long. The A/C wasn't working properly and could not cool the room. 30 minutes commute distance to the city center with public transport.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and, overall, had a good experience. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. The room — actually a two-room apartment — was spacious and very well equipped. It included a washing machine, a clothes drying rack, a stove, a microwave oven, a coffee machine, a kitchen cupboard stocked with plates, glasses, and cutlery, as well as a refrigerator, providing all the comfort needed for a longer stay. The main bedroom had a large double bed, while the second room offered a single bed and a sofa, which is an ideal setup for small groups or families. The bed linen was clean. Breakfast was in line with the standards of this hotel category — not particularly varied, but filling and sufficient to start the day with energy. The dining area is relatively small, although during my stay I never encountered any crowding. The M3 metro station is about 200 meters away, providing quick connections to the other metro lines and to the rest of the city. Nearby Corvin Square offers numerous dining options — terraces and restaurants — a Lidl store, as well as Corvin Plaza Shopping Mall, all within short walking distance. The staff were generally prompt and attentive: on one occasion, when I asked for coffee capsules for the coffee machine, they were brought immediately. In conclusion, this is a hotel with good value for money, complete amenities, and a convenient location. It is a place I would return to and one I would recommend to those planning a visit to Budapest.
The Wi-Fi signal left much to be desired, especially on the 6th floor, where we were staying. The balcony is extremely narrow, making it practically unusable as a relaxation space. The habit of knocking on the door to ask about housekeeping was sometimes inconvenient, including one instance when I was woken up from sleep. Although I admit that I had forgotten to hang the “Do not disturb” sign outside the door, a more discreet approach from the staff would have been appreciated.

Overall excellent choice, we stayed in two bedroom appartment. Comfy beds, super clean, modern design, equipped kitchen. Great location. Above all - exceptional guest service from reception to housekeeping, everybody very nice and helpful.

The staff was helpful, we made the reservation late in the day, the apartment was prepared for us almost instantly. They also upgraded our apartment to a larger one for free, because it was available. The place was nice and clean and it's well positioned in the city.
The breakfast seems a bit pricey and nothing out of the ordinary.

I think the breakfast can get much better, there aren't exactly a lot of choices and one of the problems to be honest was that among all those tea bags there wasn't a simple black earl grey tea?but all in all it wasn't bad

Buliding has only one elevator, was sometimes an issue being on the 7th floor. Kitchen, bathrooms were OK but a but dated.
