Nice comfortable beds, very good breakfast, parking that was free and available even in peak tourist season. The staff was also very nice and helpful.
The mini fridge didn't seem to work. We couldn't get the TV to power on, but we didn't try very hard. The main drawback for me was that if you plan going anywhere in the city not by car (or taxi), it's going to take some time. The closest public transport is about 1km away (measured by my smartwatch). Also, if you are renting a 3-bed room, the third bed is going to be a couch, which is not as comfortable as the beds.

I requested three beds instead of two beds and a sofa. The reason is that we had back problems and sofa is not comfortable to use for sleeping. !!Do not ask, if you cannot deliver!!! I was ask at the reservation what do we prefer - sofa or bed? I selected the bed. We also called reception desk, but nobody answered. We had to go down to get what we needed.

Place was constantly crowded with large, noisy groups of tourists brought in by tour buses. Very crowded elevators.

This is our second time staying here and we loved it! The room was large, clean, quiet. The breakfast had various options and was good. Large, free parking was also a very nice bonus. The staff were very kind, they've let us checkout a bit later and we could also leave our car for a couple of extra hours in the parking lot. We'll definitely return!
Nothing in particular, maybe worth mentioning that the metro station is about a 20 min walk away, but the area is safe.

The options at breakfast, cleanliness. AC in the room, and very friendly and helpful staff (except for the one trainee receptionist guy when we arrived).

This hotel features a spa area which is located on the 12th floor, and it provides breathtaking views of Budapest, especially at sunset. It was the highlight of our stay here.
Unfortunately, during our first night, at around 6:30 AM we were awakened by an extremely loud siren of the fire alarm. Of course, it turned out to be a false alarm, but the siren was so extremely loud, located in our room, that our ears were ringing and we couldn't go back to sleep afterwards. I understand that people pull fire alarms by accident but this siren was so loud it sent us into a panic, the exact opposite of what it needs to do if there's a fire. Also, keep in mind that the bus stop in front of the hotel doesn't have any buses on weekends, so you will have to walk all the way to Kerepesi street and back if you are going to the city.

Free parking in front of the hotel.
The shower cabin has traces of mold. As a couple, we were given a room with twin beds pushed together, which constantly slide apart very easily. The floors are also dirty and poorly cleaned. Furthermore, the breakfast is very meager and of mediocre quality.

Quiet and big room, clean, good wifi. The dinner at the restaurant was lovely. Not much else.
The breakfast selection a bit weak, staff on and off had a bit of an attitude and location, while good for the Expo, not that great otherwise. Also, rather expensive for what it is.

The hotel is relatively close to the city centre with good public transport connections. Free parking was a big plus. Breakfast was nice and offered a decent selection.
There is no balcony anywhere not at the restarant downstaris , and the upstairs sky lounge terrace is actually a sky bar with large windows with no “terrace”. It only opens from 16:30, and there is no food or even small nibbles available, which was disappointing. The bathroom was okay but definitely needs an upgrade. For the price, the value wasn’t great, especially considering Budapest is generally quite expensive.
The staff were professional but not particularly warm. It feels more like a business hotel, suitable if you’re attending something at the Expo, otherwise I wouldn’t specifically recommend it.
