Not clean enough
Very disappointing for a 4-star hotel. There was no drinking water provided in the room, which is a basic amenity I would expect from a hotel of this standard. This was unacceptable and certainly not what I expected from a 4-star hotel.

Very good location. Spacious room (we took the superior room). Clean. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.
Noisy. Our room was facing the street and there was noise most of the day (maybe due to construction down the street ).

Room is big, good closet, comfortable bed. Staff at the reception is nice and accommodating. Perfect location: in the middle of everything though quiet at night.
Room service can be better. Getting full set of towels is not easy,
Breakfast is not bad but scrambled eggs are not eatable. Coffee machines are not working properly. Staff at the breakfast room is rude to the point of being obnoxious.

The location is fantastic for getting around the city center.
Access by car was very challenging due to construction work near the hotel, and the staff didn't remember to warn us in time. When we managed to walk to the hotel, they gave us directions that, if they had sent them to us in time, would have saved us half an hour of driving around downtown Budapest.

Excellent location, comfortable room, and very good room service. The A/C was working well. Many thanks for the good experience.

The room was comfortable overall, although it was a little small. Daylight coming into the room affected my sleep although blackout curtains is there but not balanced.
The A/C is completely controlled by reception rather than from the room, which can be inconvenient when trying to adjust the temperature.
Overall, a comfortable stay, but there is room for improvement in these areas.

I booked the room on Booking.com and I specifically requested a room with two beds in your hotel was not able to accommodate me not everybody likes to sleep in one bed. You should have more two beds available.

It was a bit complex for taxis to reach the hotel since there were street works going on while we were there.

Hotel ligt centraal in een rustige straat. Kamers zijn niet al te groot maar voldoen. Dames aan de receptie zijn vriendelijk. Ontbijt was uitgebreid.
De schoonmaak was niet gedaan omdat we het kaartje niet aan de deur hadden gehangen. Heel bijzonder. De bedden waren erg hard. Hiervoor werd een oplossing aangeboden. Gordijnen laten veel licht door.

I liked the proximity to restaurants and public transportation. I did not like the dead alley it was on. It looked like a construction zone. The included breakfast was good
