The reception staff were very kind in all my dealings with them; for the most part a fairly quiet hotel despite it being fairly busy; the buffet spread in the morning was always good and there was some variety if you looked for it everyday somewhere along with the daily staples; the swimming pools and sauna were great; bus stops nearby; supermarket and drug store within walking distance; steps from the Danube river; quiet neighborhood
It was unfortunate that we couldn't check in early. I knew that this was going to be a possibility, but based on the length of the stay and other variables, I thought the hotel might try to accommodate. Alas they could not. So after a long trip it was a bit of a shaky start, but once in the hotel room it was all good. The elevators are mostly small and slow so try to avoid rush hour.

Victoria was very pleasant while she checked me in and gave me an excellent recommendation on a restaurant within walking distance. The hotel overlooks the Danube and has lovely walking trails nearby. As for the breakfast, it was simply the best! This hotel does not spare any expense on providing every option you could think of and more!
Twelve euros is a bit expensive for parking. Maybe it could be included in the price of the room.

Great view from the room, very clean and warm, amazing breakfast.
The waiting time for the lift as one or two of them were broken. We had some issues opening the room door 446, even asked stuff to help.

Food was nice, staff were friendly, and the pools were warm, a point of relaxation after a full day of activities.
We went to the gym, and even though the equipment isn't new, it isn't a problem, as you can do a full session there without a problem. The only thing we didn't like is that the saunas are within the changing room, so my girl and I couldn't use them together. Parking was really convenient, and it's cheaper than parking on the street.
All in all we would gladly stay there again.

The staff from the reception were very kind and helfull, at the venue were we had dinner everything was perfect and stilish. Food was really tasty and a large choice. Spa is very well located and organized.

It is a nice hotel It doesn't matter if it is just for one night or a longer stay in Budapest.
The wellness is of course a big bonus after a tiring day of work/touring in the city.
I wouldn't say it's a problem yet but I used to stay in the hotel about 10 years ago and the facilities now are the say. It is getting a bit dated.

Our favorite hotel in Budapest. Has great spa facilities, rooms are very comfortable, excellent breakfast and a parking lot. Not much more we can ask for which is why we keep coming back.

Excellent. A lot of choices!
Would have preferred my room on a higher floor.
Last two times when I stayed here, I was on the 5th floor.
Stairwell configuration is a bit odd, having to go up via the conference area and then up a separate stairwell to the first floor where my room was located.
