I like the front disk staff , they were professional and good English, the staff in the restaurant i didn't like their work, breakfast was good the room is clean but small and the most important think the view of the river was not that cleaer even I paid extra

The whole place was very clean friendly helpful staff and a good breakfast. The location was very good just a short stroll along the river into the main areas of Budapest. Fabulous views and a great spa area.

Rooms were not clean, last day of the stay room was not serviced, just towel’s provided, at the breakfast area, some food was not fresh (tomatoes were from the day before and lemons had mold).

Everything was fantastic about this hotel. My only quip, which wasn't even really an issue, was just the location of it to the actual downtown compared to what I thought I was getting from Booking.com. However, the 2 mile walk right out front along the river was great, and there are ton of Lime Scooters roaming around for quick jaunts - which is how I spent the majority of my time traveling in the city. The Spa was wonderful, the gym was nice, and the buffet breakfast each morning met all of my needs. I will definitely return to this hotel when I visit this wonderful city again.
Nothing about the hotel was bad, and the staff were only friendly. Oh - well, I guess if I had "something to add", I would have loved it more if each floor of the hotel had a water dispenser near the elevators. Something that was similar to what was in the gym. There was a new bottle of water each day from housekeeping, but it's not a lot of water. The tap water is good to drink, but cumbersome to get into water bottles from the low sink faucets in the bathrooms.

• The hotel was clean and well maintained throughout our stay.
• The swimming pool was the highlight of our visit and was by far the best feature of the hotel.
• The breakfast buffet offered a decent variety of options and was much better than the dinner service.
• The hotel may be a good choice for business travelers looking for a clean and functional stay.
• The hotel is not very family or toddler friendly. We traveled with a young child and found no amenities, activities, or facilities designed for children.
• The staff were professional and completed their duties, but they were not particularly warm or welcoming.
• The dinner buffet was very limited, with very few food options available compared to breakfast.
• Beverage options during dinner were disappointing. Guests could choose only one glass of juice or champagne, after which only water was available. There was no beverage station or wider selection of drinks.
• The parking arrangement was very inconvenient. Every time we wanted to enter or leave the parking area, we had to contact reception and wait for someone to manually open the gate. This became frustrating, especially when traveling with a toddler.

The hotel has just been renovated, everything is new and strong. Beautiful lobby, restaurant. The room isn't huge, but it has a small area with a table and chairs. And most importantly, the view of the Danube. The location is fabulous. You walk out the door and you're on the embankment. The aqua zone consists of three pools: one about 20 m, 26-28 degrees, the second one is smaller, 32-34 degrees, and a very spacious pool with a jacuzzi, 37-38 degrees. There's a sauna and a very small hammam. The aqua zone doesn't look like it's been renovated, so it's a bit tired and outdated. You can visit aqua zone without limitation. Breakfast in weekend is organized in two tone intervals: from 7:00 to 9:00 and from 09:30 to ??. Parking cost 15 euro. In the evening we go for buffet diner, the price is 11500 plus 12% service fee and include one glass of sparkling wine or juice.

We absolutely loved our stay—great location on the Danube, super clean & comfortable beds, friendly & staff ready to assist, the breakfast & dinner buffets in the restaurant were delicious & the pool & spa services were amazing! This was my second summer to stay here—hoping to come back next summer!
