Everything, staff was excellent, food was of good quality and fair prices.
Onsite laundry services especially ironing services.they had common room for iron on 2nd floor of hotel which was inconvenient, they should provide iron and ironing board on request to the room

The check-in is smooth, room size is decent, breakfast selection was great.
The hotel claims themselves pet-friendly but allowing dogs to stay there and being pet-friendly is entirely different. In comparison with other places where we have been: there was not even a bowl for water, they put us in the middle of the hallway, close to the elevator where it was noisy and disturbing for our dog. There is no structured approach or answer at the reception how a guest with a dog can have their breakfast, we needed to find out in the restaurant which seems unprofessional.
The air conditioner kept switching off, the bed had wheels that was moving around.
Not a very good hotel considering the price. Absolutely not pet-friendly.

Nice rooms, super spa, very friendly staff, great location and view from the room.
It was a bit crowded and pricey. Was no way to watch the Champions League soccer game.

I liked that everything was clean and well organized, the breakfast was rich, there was also a good option for dinner – a Swedish buffet. Hotel is kid-friendly, with a drawing area for children and interactive tables with games.

The hotel looks nice, the room was clean, you have access to spa(we didn't have enough time to enjoy, but we saw that is free access for the hotel clients)
The door soundproofing is not existing, you can hear everything that is happening on the hallway (children running , people shouting, doors slammed etc)
The other thing that bothered me was the parking price, on Booking is mentioned that the day parking costs 12€, I even received a message from the hotel with this price mentioned.
While checking in I was informed that the price would be 15€, and in the end I paid 6000huf that is more than 16€ :))
So this is something that needs to be clarified on the hotel page/check in desk etc.

This hotel is fully packed with amenities. They even have a salon, medic room etc. The only.hotel in Europe that serves rice!
There are some complains in the breakfast like in the egg cooking section....u need more people to help the two ladies whose doing the best they can to provide faster service. There should also be people looking after spilled food so it maintains the cleanliness. Mornings should start with happy vibes coz it affects the mood of a person for the whole day. But there was a kinda old grumpy man cleaning the plates from the table that would not even smile. But apart from these breakfast comments, everything was perfect. And I suggest give bigger pillows. ☺️

The hotel was clean and the pool was really great! We enjoyed the vast breakfast options and the cafe in the lobby. The staff was helpful, especially at the cafe and breakfast. Also, if you don't want to eat at the hotel, the delicious VakVarju restaurant is a couple blocks away, a grocery store across the street, and there is a lovely cukrazda (cake and ice cream) cafe around the corner.
The hotel is a little outside the center of the city but the transportation options are very convenient and gets you to the typical tourist areas quickly. Also, there are only 3 elevators and sometimes you have to wait a little.

Friendly and accommodating staff
I had one dinner. The food was dried out as if it has been out for hours.
The Breakfast was excellent with various things for anyone. The bread was fabulous and the honey.

Clean, refurbished modern room. Lots of sockets for charging your electronics. Great spa. Nice sitting areas in the lobby. Polite and helpful staff. Good, varied breakfast.
Small size room for a 3 person family - the extra bed takes a lot of space. I was not impressed by the dinner options.
