Rooms are big and clean, very good location, next to the Sport Arena, swimming pool and sauna are available for hotel guests
There are no shops around the hotel, Arena shopping mall is 15 min. walk

Great location, close to bus and metro station, 15 minute walk to a big mall, 25 min. Walk to the Varosliget( nein city park) and Heroes Square, staff is very friendly, Hotel is clean, great breakfast , super nice gym and even a swimming pool

I liked details like lemonade for refreshment upon check-in, shoe cleaning machine near the elevator, balcony, air conditioning, very clean room and bathroom, comfortable bad, plenty of various food for breakfast...

I chose the hotel specifically because it advertises itself with “private parking”, well, there is no private parking whatsoever. If I had known that there is no parking, I would have chosen something else. We arrived at midnight from airport and I had to face that I have to hunt for a street parking spot or a potentially dangerous deep garage facility in the middle of the night for additional 5.500 FT and drag my 5 year old half asleep son and luggage through the pitch black streets. Insanely dangerous at that part of the city for a mom alone with young child and heavy load of luggage. The receptionist even suggested as a solution that I shall leave my son alone in the room by himself and go for parking hunting alone, which is insanely dangerous for a child to be left alone in a completely unknown place.
We also wanted to chill down with some tv watching, well, the TV was not working at all, and not even the duty manager was able to fix it. So we either had the choice not to have tv, or move to another room at midnight, but by that time I already unpacked and my son was asleep. This could have been avoidable by the housekeeping simply switch on tv, if it works.

Big rooms, very good breakfast, hotel has gym and pool, friendly staff, near hotel there is a big underground parking with a good price. Hotel located just near a metro station so getting to the city center is very easy.
The bathtub drainage is too slow, when having a shower the bath fills with water, staff tried to fix it but it seems its a general issue with the plumbing

On the booking page, it is advertised that the hotel have private parking. After I booked and paid, I received an email informing me about the private parking fees. When I arrived at the hotel, I realised that the whole parking was converted into a bar and the nearby parking was completeley closed due to the Metallica concert.

Excellent location considering I went to the Puskas stadium which is literally a couple minutes away. Also next to metro and tram stops. Breakfast was great with a variety of options. The staff were very helpful, attentive and friendly. The room was comfortable

The pool wasn't at the correct temperature, there is no AC in the rooms and they get hot. The beds are horrible.

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful; they react quickly and efficiently to solve any issue within their control. The lobby is spacious, spotless, and has a very pleasant atmosphere. I also loved the convenience of having drink machines on the floors at very affordable prices. A great bonus was that they provide more towels than the usual standard.
The room was okay, but there are a few areas that could be improved. The bed wasn't as comfortable as I'd hoped, and the pillows were a bit too soft for those who prefer more support. The bathroom felt quite small and cramped, and the shower pressure was a bit too weak. While the room was functional, the decor is somewhat dated and could use a modern touch. Also, the air conditioning was quite loud and struggled to keep the room cool.
