Pleasant
The hotel is right next to the Papp László Budapest Sportaréna concert venue,
which is its biggest advantage, it is a 5 minute walk, very comfortable.
The breakfast is very average.
One morning, the egg served was undercooked, leaving the runny yolk spilling all over the plate—very unappealing.
The shower has constant, drastic fluctuations in water temperature, which is very uncomfortable.
The price is extremely high compared to other options in the area.
In my opinion, the hotel does not justify the high price I was charged.

Great location for transport — the metro, buses and other public transport are right next to the hotel, and you can reach the city centre quickly.
The Arena Mall is about a 5–10 minute walk away, which is convenient.
Nice lobby and ground-floor areas.
The gym was bigger than most hotel gyms, with lots of machines. Most were old, but there was plenty of equipment.
The balcony and the view were nice, with views of the arena and the city.
Beds and pillows were comfortable.
Ironing service was quick and convenient.
Pool and sauna were available, although smaller than expected.
The room was smaller than expected for two people, and the bathroom was extremely small.
The AC was centrally controlled despite having a thermostat, so the room would get warmer during the night and there was no way to cool it down properly.
Housekeeping entered our room twice while we were sleeping. This is unacceptable and suggests poor training or a problem with how occupied rooms are checked.
The sauna closes at 5 PM, which is quite early.
The area around the hotel is quite desolate and there isn't much to do or see nearby apart from the mall. You generally need to take the metro to get to the centre or find restaurants/activities.

I loved the gym! I have stayed some hotels with a gym, and none of them was so spacious and well equipped as the gym in this hotel. I appreciate it that they prepare free fruits and water in the lobby.

They threw away or stole some of my belongings, worth €80. I received no compensation, only excuses. They were very unpleasant. The items disappeared from my room.

Wonderful
The hotel is very close to public transports that connect to all sightseeing places in Budapest, even if it might look like it on the map or photos. It has a decent swimming pool for cooling off on a hot sunny day. There are enough places to sit and wait at the lobby, and cold drinks to offer for hotel guests. We got an upgrade for our room and that was a pleasant surprise - and a nice little boost for a great stay.
The check-in per person or family was unusually long and it wasn’t clear if there could be one queue or more. The main check-in queue was forming while some people just walked up to the nearby counter for the same service without any consideration to others who have waited in the line. The pool can be crowded and rowdy with people depending on when you choose to use it, but it doesn’t have to ruin the experience altogether. During our stay, the usual room service wore off on Day 2 when the coffee/tea weren’t replenished, same happened with the hand soap in the bathroom.

The staff was professional and good , the elevator I like the sound on when you're taking it , the bar place
The pool was so small for having 7 floors, we couldn't swim , the balcony was not comfortable beside there is no view , but the balcony could be way better , I couldn't put YouTube on the tv , we were just watching random channels

Metro station is near
Check in was at 3-4pm and they charge me 20€ to go 1 hour early. Room was ready and check out was 11 o clock.

The room was sufficiently large with nice bed and other equipments, in particular, electrical kettle and fridge.
Nice bathroom with bathtub.
The shower was not working properly, not possible to switch between bathtub and shower.
I asked the reception and they fixed it quite promptly.
