Perfect location. The island itself very nice and peaceful for walking and jogging. Very comfortable and convenient facilities. The spa and thermal are in bathrobe reach. The breakfast very good and rich. The lobby bar very good and comfortable with reasonable prices, no need to get out on evening. We’re really enjoyed the stay!

The location is quiet and clean with lots of nature around. The thermal baths are refreshing.
Elevators are a bit slow during rush hour but there’s another service elevator they provide.

Everything was absolutely perfect. The island is incredibly quiet, which creates a very relaxing atmosphere. Walking through the park to the hotel is a real pleasure — the fresh air and surroundings are beautiful. The spa area is excellent, well-maintained, and very enjoyable. Both breakfast and dinner were exceptionally delicious with a great variety of options. The staff were attentive, polite, and professional. Overall, everything was outstanding in every aspect.

Good location, modern and clean rooms, excellent breakfast and dinner, good spa and gym
During our stay one elevator (from two)was out of service, we ask the front desk if it will be fixed, we got promised that will happen little bit later,(that was Friday). The Sunday came and nothing happened. The situation was worse because hotel was full and we spent around 10-15 min waiting. To avoid waiting We use the fire exit stairs with a baby stroller and with my daughter in it all weekend, we found this situation totally unacceptable and no way acceptable for this type of hotel. Bad management and bad customer service

Everything...from location on the island, public transportation and parking at a good price. Breakfast was amazing, spa also great. Room was big and with a nice design. River view at night from the window was like a postcard.

Staff is friendly and helpful.
Spa/pool area was extremely crowded. I've been to this hotel about 5 times before but never saw anything like this. All hot pools completely crowded, children screaming. No one was cleaning the excess water from walkways, it was extremely slippery.
Despite crowds, outside people were still coming in.
At night people were slamming the doors and making noise.
I don't know what they did to attract these kind of crowds.
Breakfast is basic and always the same with no variation, would like an option to book a room without breakfast.

Overall, everything was excellent, the hotel, the spa, the food, and the service.
However, two spa employees (a tall man and a light-haired woman) were noticeably unfriendly and showed attitude not only toward me, but toward other guests as well. Because of this, I chose to approach other staff members, who were much more helpful and pleasant.

The staff was very nice and helpful at reception, nice bar with piano music and excellent atmosphere.If you prefer a nice a la cart dinner at a convenient price could be a better choice and less expensive than a buffet dinner , also would be possible to receive some sweets surprise from the house as a desert.
The pool and spa need some up-to date , looks a bit old.
