Everything...from location on the island, public transportation and parking at a good price. Breakfast was amazing, spa also great. Room was big and with a nice design. River view at night from the window was like a postcard.

Staff is friendly and helpful.
Spa/pool area was extremely crowded. I've been to this hotel about 5 times before but never saw anything like this. All hot pools completely crowded, children screaming. No one was cleaning the excess water from walkways, it was extremely slippery.
Despite crowds, outside people were still coming in.
At night people were slamming the doors and making noise.
I don't know what they did to attract these kind of crowds.
Breakfast is basic and always the same with no variation, would like an option to book a room without breakfast.

Overall, everything was excellent, the hotel, the spa, the food, and the service.
However, two spa employees (a tall man and a light-haired woman) were noticeably unfriendly and showed attitude not only toward me, but toward other guests as well. Because of this, I chose to approach other staff members, who were much more helpful and pleasant.

The staff was very nice and helpful at reception, nice bar with piano music and excellent atmosphere.If you prefer a nice a la cart dinner at a convenient price could be a better choice and less expensive than a buffet dinner , also would be possible to receive some sweets surprise from the house as a desert.
The pool and spa need some up-to date , looks a bit old.

Room was nice and clean. Spa was awesome. The hotel overall nice and clean and staff was nice, welcoming and professional. Food at the restaurants were really good.
One of the elevator needs a renovation. I wish there was a bit more social game options. The only thing we found was a table tennis.

Breakfast plentiful, appetizing, lots of fresh fruit, very accomodating and concerned. Good choice of vegan milks- good coffee. Pleasant atmosphere overlooking the Danube. Used my pan tpo make me kpshe eggs.
The spa was underwhelming and not close to the quality ot classiness of the spa that i went to ensana near prague- Less beautiful in fact it is part of a large medical institution with dentsits and eyedoctors. Long walk to the spa from hotel rooms.
They canceled my husband's massage without telling him. Foot masseause was not skilled at feet. Massage by Anika very good. No hair conditioner in bathroom. Room towels scratchy and thin. We had to request the coffemaker and told they didnt have any more until I spoke to the manager and one miraculously appeared.

The room was spacious and clean. The location was quiet, which was nice.
The service was disappointing. Every time we asked a question in the lobby or lounge, it felt like the staff were doing us a favor by answering.
In a spa hotel, I expected basic room amenities like hair conditioner and body cream, but they were missing.
There was also an issue with the shower — the water was either extremely hot or extremely cold.
In the spa area, there was no drinking water available. After my massage, when I asked for water, I was directed to the restroom to drink tap water, which was not acceptable for a spa experience.

The stuff from the reception and restaurant
One elevator which did not work was really a bad experience considering the high number of clients. We stayed for four days and only one elevator was available.

Clean room, good breakfast.
Unfortunately, the elevator is very low and it worked only one even if it was the New Year and the hotel was full. Also, the service charge at the bar it s not ok when the client takes a cake or a drink by himself and he is not served at the table. The service charge should be optional.
The food at the bar is expensive for the quality offered..

Excellent location, superb clean, great breakfast.
The spa area was cold. It needs to be much warmer. One of the elevators was broken so it was a hassle to go up and down. Most of the time we needed to take the stairs.
