Удобные номера, тихий и комфортный кондиционер, что само по себе редкость, хорошая СПА зона, отличные завтраки. Сам остров прекрасен.
Очень слабый напор воды в душе. На наш взгляд решается заменой душевой головки на маленькую. Слабый интернет в номере не позволяющий нормальный просмотр в YouTube. Попросили разобраться персонал, но проблемы так и не были решены. Мыло и шампунь в номере не соответствует классу гостиниц СПА, а лосьон и вовсе отсутствует, что очень удивило.

The spa area and treatments were wonderful. The room was modern and clean. Front desk service was excellent. Bathrooms throughout the hotel were kept very clean. Breakfast buffet was good.
The bed was slanting or sinking from the middle of the bed towards the sides of the bed, making it uncomfortable.
The waiters in the restaurant were not always friendly and one of them ignored my wife twice while she stood right in front of him asking a question. The television was of no use to us because it wasn’t a Smart TV where we could have accessed our streaming services.

The hotel is on a beautiful city island, absolutely recommended during heatwaves due to the surrounding park and pools. Staff was kind and always keen to help. The room had a nice view on the park, a quiet aircon unit and comfy bed.
When we entered the room, the glass walls of the shower were very dirty (I'm talking greasy handprints, soap leftovers etc). I let the reception know and they were very fast at getting it cleaned, but it was quite off-putting nobody noticed beforehand.
The hotel corridors always smelled weird. I guess it's due to the humidity from the pools, but maybe there could be better airflow.
I went during peak season, so maybe in low season the experience is a bit nicer; but the pools were always crowded with loud people and kids, not really relaxing.
I tried to book a massage through the Ensana website (which doesn't work so well), but it caused huge miscommunication between their sales department, the hotel reception and the spa reception, and they left me to solve the issue.
The massage itself wasn't that great, but it was also relatively cheap, so I might have got a reduced version.

In the room there was a kettle boiler. I tried to use it, but then the electricity went out. The reception told me it was a known issue due to the kettle boiler. Turns out the kettle boiler is there, but you cannot use it :D

Wonderful
Good place! A bit old, but clean and well maintained. A bit crowded in a spa area, but the spa is good. Again quiet old, not fancy - but good for relax and family time. Good restaurant on a 1st floor. Very crowded breakfast. Nice view and quiet place. Not the city center, but good for walking around the island.

Always excellent superb food, location, staff. This time it was a huge plus that I realized the wellness area is air conditioned so staying at the indoor pools in 40C outside was quite nice the whole day!

I really enjoyed the beautiful natural surroundings of the island around the hotel. The food was delicious, and everything was clean. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. I also loved the live musicians performing in the café in the evenings. Another great advantage was that the hotel is very close to the bus stop.
The outdoor pool was small, deep, and too cold. In really life doesn't looks like in the picture on the site.
ĹThe indoor swimming pool was also very cold. The thermal pool was excellent, but the two warm pools for children were very small and often crowded with adults, which made it difficult for children to play comfortably.
Unfortunately, we had to wait a very long time to see the doctor, so we were unable to book any medical treatments during our stay.
I was also disappointed with the face and head massage. The therapist did not tell me that I should rest for a few minutes after the massage. Perhaps because of that, I developed a headache afterwards.

Great location - greenery around yet close to centre.
Very poor voice isolation of the room (nr.726), neighboruing the service elevator. Noise made impossible having a good night sleep.
Facilities are outdated, indoor spa has a bad smell.
Guests lifts are only two - expect to spend long times waiting for the elevator and stopping each floor.
