it was clean and complete with kitchen utensils, there is a free water and champagne from the host which was super ? there is also air conditioning which is perfect for the very hot weather during my stay.

Great location, super quiet and felt very safe. Mr Binder was very helpful and knowledgeable of Budapest. He recommended lots of different activities and tours. The room was great and had a private courtyard we sat and had breakfast on most mornings. We will definitely be back to this apartment!

The apartment was clean & had good facilities. Robert (the owner) was friendly & helpful. The location of the apartment is great.
The washroom is abit small & cramped. The apartment is at a lower level from the ground.

I have stayed in many places until now, but I have never seen another host as caring as Robert. He told us everything we needed to do about the city one by one. He always asked if we needed anything. We felt like we were staying at a relative's house. The facilities in the room were very sufficient. The room is located a few steps down from the entrance, but this did not bother us at all. The location was very close to the must-see attractions. There is also a metro stop very close by. And wifi is perfect. If we came again, we would definitely choose Binder House. Thank you again for everything Mr. Binder.

Location was close to pretty much all the attractions in the city. The owner was extremely helpful, he even helped us with paying the parking since we didn't have any cash on us at arrival. The apartment was small, but had everything we needed and was clean.
It could be stated in the description that it is a basement apartment. We got the info only after booking it. But even though it is in the basement, it isn't moldy, so I would definitely book it again.

The location is fantastic for what we wanted, it is the quieter end of pest but a 2 minute walk from the parliament building which was breathtakingly beautiful at night. There is a lovely grass area called liberty square with its own bar which was perfect to go and relax on as the patio with the apartment doesn't get any sunshine during the hours we went back to the room. There was a lovely bakery on the same street, lime scooters to hire right on the corner of the street, metro and tram 2 minutes walk away and only a 5/10 minute walk until you were in the busier areas of pest. The apartment is in the basement with very secure doors, so you felt safe. The bed was comfy, we were given a bottle of wine and some snacks on arrival which was great. The apartment was very clean and nice and light too. It was really easy to get the keys. The host contacted us via wattsapp to arrange timings and then showed us around the property. A very pleasant stay.
The only thing that would have been really lovely would be to have shampoo and conditioner as opposed to generic soap. But its not something that is an essential and it certainly didnt spoil our overall experience.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The location couldn't have been better, just a quick 5-minute walk to everything I needed, really close to the Parliament. The host was incredibly helpful and nice, making my stay even more enjoyable. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, which is always a top priority for me. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable, and welcoming accommodation
Some noise from the plumbing in other rooms, but it’s a minor inconvenience

The location is excellent. Walking distance for the centre and attractions, and metro stations close by too. We were greeted with a chocolate/water/ and a bottle of wine in the apartment. Something small can go a long way and make you instantly comfortable and welcome :))
I cannot not mention what a gentlemen Mr.Binder is ☺️ Since we arrived late at night we used the shuttle service they offered from the airport to the apartment and Mr.Binder kept in contact with us a few days before we arrived in Budapest, putting my mind at rest that we had no issues to arrive at the apartment. He messaged as soon as we got off the plane and in no time we were off to our apartment where, upon arrival, explained everything we needed to know. He also gave us some ideas of places to visit and explained a little of their history. Throughout our holiday i used to contact him for any ideas of places to eat, or any information i required to get around and he always replied immediately.
Why did i say all this? It's because his help made our holiday a 100 times better, knowing that booking this apartment was not only worth it since it is very central, but also knowing we had easy access and help from a kind local :)
I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay for your holiday because, in our case, we did not just have a 'room' where to sleep, but Mr.Binder made it feel like a home for a couple of days :)

The property was nice in an beautiful building. We especially liked the location it was so close to everything that we didn’t even need transportation most of the time. The owner was the best, he was really helpful, he made us feel like we are at home! I would recommend this place, and if we come back in Budapest, we will be back here for sure!

Our stay at Binder Home was great. The owner waited for us to give us the keys and information about the apartment. Mr Binder was very welcoming, he had water, sweets and a wine for us as a welcome and gave us tips and recommendations for the city, as well as maps and liflets for sightseeing. We really appreciated all of these and he made us feel like home! The apartment is cute and cozy and has all the utilities one would need, kitchen supplies, an umbrella in case it rains and anything you can ask for. The location is perfect, 5-10min from Saint Stephen Basilica and there are loads of restaurants and shops nearby. We highly recommend Binder Home and we will for sure come back!!
