Very Good
Breakfast had options and was well-prepared.
Especially late at night and early in the morning, people made noise and were not respectful to others who were also staying. The doors were closed so hard you had to hear them shut.

Pleasant
Excellent location in the heart of Budapest on Váci Street, with very kind and helpful staff. The hotel has been refurbished, but unfortunately the room was not very clean and there was an unpleasant smell coming from the pipes. I also missed some amenities typically expected from a 4-star hotel, such as additional toiletries and slippers. A toothbrush and toothpaste were provided upon request, as I had forgotten mine at home. Overall, it was a pleasant stay thanks to the excellent staff and the very good breakfast.

It’s a really nice hotel and very kind staff. It’s clean and the breakfast was delicious. Breakfast location is a little bit small but if you wait few moments you can have a table

located in the central pedestrianized zone easy to get the tram cars or the metro system.
Very clean public areas and our room was spotlessly clean. Nice roomy bathroom with great shower.

The location was very central, near all the sights and very close to the airport express bus stop. Breakfast was delicious. WiFi was fast. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable.

The location is superb, it is walking distance to many great historical monuments, not far from the shopping street, the central market and in general close to a variety of public transportation. The street is also very calm and quiet (mainly in the evenings) and in general felt very safe.
The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was good, small room but a nice variety of food and everyday was not the same.
I only really have two things to fault:
- i already mentioned it to the hotel, but having tea in the room would be nice, as a non coffee drinker this was missing for me.
- the walls are quite thin, so unfortunately, i had some guests that did not respect quiet time around 10pm, which is nothing the hotel can affect i was just unlucky, but if youre a light sleeper i suggest taking ear plugs just incase.

Great location, good simple breakfast and cozy little room. Perfect for one night in Budapest.
Very bad and weird smell like sewer coming from the bathroom which stunk up the whole room all night and was quite gross.

The location was great. The staff were polite and helpfull.
The first 2 nights there was raw sewage smell in the room coming from the bathroom. We told the staff and were transferred to another room the next day. Also the wifi in the new room was very bad. Additionally , the showers weren’t draining properly.
The breakfast was very basic and minimal.

The location was very good within walking distance from many visitors attractions.
Breakfast was very poor with limited variety. The room size was good but had an awful smell of sewage which I have complained and offered a smaller room again with the same problem. They promised to provide a new room next morning which they never did.
