The beds were quite comfortable and they had a good breakfast. The rooms were clean. A few tram stops from downtown.
Unfortunately they use an old style air conditioning system (vents) which was barely sufficient to cool the room. At night we kept the window open but during the hot summer days you really need a proper AC and not some mediocre 'airflow'.
They use regular keys to lock the rooms (non-electric)

The breakfast was exceptionally delicious, with a wide variety of choices, including lactose- and gluten-free options as well as fresh vegetables. The room was well organized, and overall everything was very clean. We also appreciated that our luggage was stored free of charge after check-out. The staff were all very kind and helpful. Very good value for money. Nice, clean, welcoming, in a quiet area but close to the city centre. The river and a few restaurants and cafes are within walking distance. Great for families as well.

breakfast: for all tastes, and very ok / room: extremely comfortable / clean: very clean - there was a small problem but it was solved immediately - it was not the staff's fault
Some of the neighbors - a family..., whose social culture did not include education and common sense. The hotel solved the situation. It can happen anywhere...

- The room was nice and clean.
- The location is very good, just a few minutes from the Corvin-Negyed metro station (M3).
- The breakfast buffet is amazing, in terms of food, but also in terms of venue. We really appreciated having the breakfast out in the garden.

The room was comfortable and quiet. The staff was helpful in navigating the city. The breakfast buffet was first class, as well as the staff providing excellent service in the dining room. Great location for walking and using transit system around city and to train station.
Pictures on Booking were bright and colorful, but city view room was dark and drab looking. Upon my request, the staff moved me to a courtyard view, which was much brighter and more pleasing to the senses.

Starting with the staff, they were extremely kind and helpful. They kept our baggage upon arrival until check-in hour and after the check-out, until we left for the airport. the room was very clean and had every facilitate you could think of. the breakfast was diverse and suited every taste, the quality of the food was very good. The hotel is near the center, a few metro stations away. The area where the hotel is located is very safe, even during night time. The price for the whole vacation suited the conditions. We will definitely return to this accommodation.

Our room was great with windows on two sides, kettle, fridge, and two chairs. The location was very good. The breakfast buffet was very good (although the bread, butter and jam were each in a different place), and the staff were very pleasant.
The A/C was a bit noisy and the bathroom was a little cramped but okay.

the location was really nice, we needed to stay for the night after the airport so it was super comfy to get here from the airport. the room was clean and wide for 3 people. everything you need in the bathroom. i loved the friendly staff. and the breakfast in the garden was unbelievable. definitely worth staying again
not in a walking distance from all the sightseeing but for us it wasn't necessary

Nice old hotel in the very center of Budapest. Comfy beds (pay attention to booking details - photos were taken with fisheye, so my room had 3 separate single beds instead of 1 king size and 1 twin bed), clean, nice breakfast.
Wifi in the room was almost non-existent
