The apartment is in a very good location, near Corvin Plaza, giving very good access to mall, shops, Lidl, cafes and restaurants. It is clean, well maintained, with amenities like blow dryer, iron, ironing board, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine in an well equipped kitchen. For 3 person (2 adults + 1 child) it is a very good option. The bed and sofa were comfortable. No balcony. Windows well soundproofed. We were lucky to be provided with a garage parking space in a different building then where the apartment was for 15 euro/night.
From the booking confirmation we did not received any guidance on how to access the apartment and the check in. Sending a message to inquire, they told us that there will be a reception and all info will be provided then. Payment was done when reaching the reception for the check in. At the reception office (which we found very hard- no indications provided) the lady there was overwhelmed and was very fast and unclear in explaining how to book the parking space, where it is and how to reach the apartment. Because they have several location in the same area, they provide a map on how to park and reach the apartment, but it is difficult to manage. One hour later, we manage to park and reach the apartment. After checking out, 1 day later we were asked by email if we have taken with us the parking key or left it in the room, but the question was for another parking spot and not ours. Which proves that the reception personnel was not properly trained on how to manage these bookings efficiently.

The location we like most. The set up of the room is nice .
The floor is not clean, beddings looks messy, no wifi , no kitchen towel.
We understand everyone is busy and tired, but the staff didn't seem welcoming or approachable, even in the morning.

We stayed at Corvin Suites for a family trip and overall had a pleasant experience.
The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. They handed over the keys and personally showed us the apartment, which was located just a short walk from the reception.
The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable, featuring a large balcony, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a living room connected to a fully equipped kitchen. The beds were comfortable, and we slept very well during our stay.
The kitchen had everything we needed, and there are several good restaurants, a supermarket, and a metro station within reasonable walking distance. Breakfast is available in the café across the street. The selection is not extensive, but the coffee is good and the staff are very friendly.
We did experience some complications during check-in, which was disappointing at first. However, the situation was eventually resolved, and we appreciate the effort made to address the issue.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning in the future.

It is a professionally run property, well appointed with everything needed for a short or long term stay. Also, there’s really nice grocery shopping and a good mall steps away.
It was a little challenging getting a taxi there from the city center during the holiday evening hours, even though the property is not far. However, the staff was helpful in giving directions for how to arrive via public transportation.
