Exceptional
It is a professionally run property, well appointed with everything needed for a short or long term stay. Also, there’s really nice grocery shopping and a good mall steps away.
It was a little challenging getting a taxi there from the city center during the holiday evening hours, even though the property is not far. However, the staff was helpful in giving directions for how to arrive via public transportation.

The best thing about these apartments is the staff. They were lovely and did everything in their power to help us with every request.
The other good thing is the location. It’s central and easily accessible.
The apartment was also well insulated.
From previous stays in service apartments I expected the kitchen and bathroom to be better equipped. There was no salt or oil or baking paper or shampoo. And we received enough coffee, tea and sugar for one day only. Luckily there is a supermarket close by.

It is an independent small room with the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and the saloon, with balcony. I wanted to try this one instead a hotel room. This was a good experience for me.
The room was little bit neglected, for example there was a leak on the balcony from the ceiling. the electrical fuse was blown a couple times.

Clean, quiet and spacious. Pretty close to transportation. Opens to the Corvin setany a nice and wide pedestrian plaza/avenue.
Close to mall and transportation. Not exactly the traditional downtown area, but very good for longer stays.
Maybe the room was a bit darker than I expected, but then that's because there were trees shading, which is different than just being dark. Trees can be nice especially in summer heat.

No private garage parking even if we booked and confirmed many months before. Directed to public parking in shopping center. Not optimal to be forced to carry luggages and not as safe as private parking. This is a deal breaker as we are always in transit with large amount of luggage. :(

Everything!
1. The apartment itself was nothing like the picture in Booking
2. Outdated, tasteless, cheap looking
3. The apartment was overlooked to a very noisy street which was full of homeless people during the night, cheap fast food, and extremely noisy machines during the morning! Despite of the fact that we have requested property overlooking to the garden- they said they had it but ignored our request!
4. Furniture was very cheap and warned out. Also only three stools for 4 people and uncomfortable mattress.
5. The Corvin Area by itself was very dirty, with low class people, poor roads and homeless people everywhere
6. The Reception of Corvin Suites reminds me the toilet area on the road
7. Our 4 kilos dog was charged 20 euros - 5 euros more expensive than any person in our group, despite of the fact that our dog did not used any water/ electricity or other
8. The elevators and lobby area in the apartment complex was dirty and smelly ??♀️
9. The lady on the reception didn’t know anything- she was just telling “I don’t know”
If you prefer to live in Budapest in low class area, in smelly building and outdated noisy apartment and ready to pay for this - it’s your place!
I believe good reviews were paid!

its a good location, nearby Corvin plaza, multiple options for shopping and food. Vicinity is neat and clean.

Location was convenient; it was very nice to be on Corvin Plaza and by the Corvin mall to pick up any necessities. The apartment was clean and very nice once inside. The kitchen had what we needed to make a light meal. The staff were very pleasant and helpful when any problems arose. Breakfast was provided in a nearby cafe and was satisfactory.
The exterior and community spaces (entry, hallways, elevator) were somewhat run down, didn’t smell great, had graffiti. Some loud people out on the street in the middle of the night. Some issues with the wi-fi.
