Loved the hotel in general, great location, really liked the spa. It would be good if there was space for some mats in the gym but appreciate the space is quite small
The room was too warm for us - the windows opened onto an internal courtyard so we couldn't get any fresh air in. The air con would only go to 18 degrees as it was cold when we visited, but this was too warm for us during the night. I've seen some others also said the same in their reviews, so I think the option to reduce the temperature would be greatly appreciated.

Everything in this hotel was amazing.
Location, food, drinks, room and comfort!

I really like the hotel facilities, they were amazing love the swimming pool and the Jacuzzi. Hotel staff were incredibly welcome and really helpful. I truly felt spoiled.
The only thing I feel is it needs a renovation, everything is outdated. I am not referring to the building or the antique look. I’m referring to carpets wallpapers paint furniture cushions. They really need to refresh it

Furniture in the overall facility is worn out. Bed, sofa and chairs in room are too soft and uncomfortable.
They missed our laundry service.

The room was shabby. Torn couch cover and torn bed skirt. Shabby/tattered towels. Dirty carpet.

Needed an AC option because it was only central heating and got too warm. Twin rooms the beds are small.

We liked room and breakfast.
Spa was disappointing. Sauna not really hot and not enough beds for the guests.
But maybe we are just spoiled by West European standards.
