The room was a nice size. The bathroom was well equipped and good water pressure. The spa and pool were very nice. The TV set up was great as you could pair it to your phone. We were able to check into our room quite early, which we very much appreciated.
We liked everything except that the mattress in our room was very soft and uncomfortable, and we did not sleep very good the two nights because of this.

Could be a luxurious property if they’d do a few updates. Generally clean and comfortable.
Very few electrical outlets in room and they are poorly placed. No USB outlets at all, so difficult to keep devices charged. They need technology upgrades.

The spa is perfect, the staff is high class, the breakfast is delicious, the vibe is cool. Maybe the price slighly higher than could be but not a stopper.

Lovely pool, lobby and position of the hotel.
It is always disappointing when a hotel lobby is much nicer and cleaner than a room itself. Deluxe room i.e. apartment - strange position, getting to the spa was like going through a maze; not very clean apartment, no creamer, not enough slippers.

Location, location and location. Great places to eat within walking distance. Hotel is clean, even as some parts are undergoing renovations.
One of the staff members at the front desk was not very friendly and almost seemed bothered by our questions.
