Beautiful hotel, I love that the gym was 24 hours, staff were very kind and professional, good location. Room was clean and spacious. The breakfast bread is absolutely and totally fantastic.
The pillows were may be too soft? I wished there were options.
We had some issues with some construction noise really early in the morning on two days of our stay. Really loud. The staff handled it with a lot of care and understanding and we think that it was coming from another business on the bottom level. We were offered a different room, however, the room was a smaller than our current room so it did not really make sense for us to switch…but we felt heard and felt the response of the staff that we interacted with was appropriate.

Nothing can't go wrong here. The beautiful indoor pool , sauna , and jacuzzi are perfect in the mornings or evenings. Location also good. Just perfect. Appreciate very much for sweet celebration for our anniversary!

Excellent buffet breakfast. Location was great for walking to major attractions.
Booked a room with 2 beds but the room had a king bed only so the bed had to be changed.

Beautiful and elegant in a very comfortable manner.
When people were loud in the atrium below our room, it woke me up from a much needed sleep and recovery from traveling. At 7:30 am they were talking loudly and laughing in a group. Sound travels up.

The room was a nice size. The bathroom was well equipped and good water pressure. The spa and pool were very nice. The TV set up was great as you could pair it to your phone. We were able to check into our room quite early, which we very much appreciated.
We liked everything except that the mattress in our room was very soft and uncomfortable, and we did not sleep very good the two nights because of this.
