The location of the hotel is exceptional, you can reach by foot almost anywhere in the main center.
The breakfast was good, staff very welcoming, and in general a very clean room.
I can specifically mention the handyman that did a quick and good job fixing a malfunction in our sink.
The towels weren't replaced one day, even though we asked it, and they didn't provide enough towels, but missed one this was on our last day of stay.
The toilet paper is so abbrassive, that one can remove paint with it. I would expect from such a hotel to provide a better quality in the toilet.

Overall, we had a delightful stay. The hotel excels in every area: the breakfast was amazing, the design is beautiful, and the spa and sauna facilities provided the perfect place to unwind. Furthermore, the reception team was remarkably attentive, addressing all of our requests immediately.
As a frequent traveler, my 6-year-old daughter is used to nice resorts, but this hotel completely won her over—so much so that she didn't want to leave. The bear-shaped room key and the lovely plush bear gift at checkout were incredibly thoughtful details. Thank you to the wonderful staff for making our stay so memorable.

Very good location, nice breakfast, relaxing sauna and pool, friendly staff, comfortable bed
It being such a large hotel, the hustle and bustle felt a bit overwhelming at times. And since parking spots cannot be reserved in advance, we had to wait a bit in front of the parking entrance until a car left, so we could enter the full parking lot - luckily the wait wasn't very long.

Excellent hotel in a great location. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The spa, pool, and wellness facilities were a wonderful bonus after a day of sightseeing. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and was very good. The hotel is within walking distance of many attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Budapest.”

Staff was nice after we complained about our room. It’s noisy. We asked to change room or we will move to another hotel.
Pictures on website look a lot better. Furnitures look old and not maintain well. Toilet odor is bad.

The bed was comfortable, the staff helpful, the location was good for subway access, and the breakfast spread was extensive.
The air conditioner barely worked (stayed around 26C the whole time) and opening the windows to cool down meant listening to every stage and hen do in the city.

Very clean facility and professional, helpful staff. The breakfast buffet was excellent and is recommended, I would definitely eat there again. Nice balcony view. I would certainly return here at a future visit.
The LED TV had burned out pixels, and the bed was very soft. Neither of these were deal-breakers as I was staying just one night, and it was not a problem at all. If I had planned a multiple night stay, I would have requested possibly a different room with a firmer bed and a better TV. I still give the hotel high marks regardless of these small inconveniences.
