The staff was helpful. We stored our luggage, and when we came back after reception had closed, they had already carried everything to our room. The breakfast was a nice addition, although we only tried it once. The rooms are genuinely soundproof. There is air conditioning.
I expected a bigger room based on the pictures. The portable AC unit is a nice addition, but it wasn't enough to cool the room, even on the highest setting during the heatwave. (I have the same unit at home, so maybe there was something wrong with its exhaust, but I'm not sure. It is also noisy, though I'm already familiar with it. Others may not be.)

The air conditioning unit was a portable unit that did not work properly, the room temperature was 82 degrees daily, the staff was no help, told them repeatedly with no help, the breakfast was not good, the scrambled eggs were rubbery, and the sausage was worse than a cheap hot dog, with very little selection, not anything like what was said in the description! No one at the front desk after 6pm or before 8am, so no help if needed!

We really appreciated the buffet-style breakfast and the wide variety of breads; the buffet offers a little something for every taste. The room is spacious, and the kitchen, bathroom, and beds were all very clean. The room is large and features a portable air conditioner, though I should note that the unit was noisy and would occasionally shut off for a while.

Excellent location with easy access to Budapest attractions, restaurants, public transportation, and the Danube area.
Good breakfast with a nice variety of food.
Clean and comfortable room.
Good value for money.
The property included all the facilities and amenities we needed during our stay.
Comfortable beds and a convenient setup for families and groups.
Early baggage storage before check-in was very helpful and convenient.
There was a lack of power on one side of the upper bedroom during the second night of our stay due to a broken electrical outlet.
The restroom and shower doors could not be locked from the inside, which reduced privacy and convenience.
These issues did not prevent us from enjoying our stay but would benefit from some maintenance attention.

The apartment is very modern, clean, and well maintained. The breakfast is good, although the same variety every day, but it’s ok for the short term stay. Location is very close to all the sightseeing areas. The staff is very friendly and willing to help. People who are planning to stay there should be aware that there is no shampoo and a hair conditioner in the shower ( it would be nice if it is mentioned in the facility information on Booking.com). Also,
It would be helpful if we were given instructions on how to buy tickets for the Metro ( there are some specifics there which we were not aware and that almost put us in a bad situation). Other than that, everything was perfect!

Thank you so much for the warm hospitality at City Home Team, I truly had a wonderful experience from the comfortable accommodation to the friendly and attentive service. Everything met my expectations, making my visit both relaxing and enjoyable. The space was clean, well-maintained, and perfectly located for my needs.

Very good clean rooms. central location. Aproximately 10 -12 minutes walk to the attractions, pier etc. Good breakfast. I picked up the keys from reception . if needed the self check in instructions are pretty easy to follow

The breakfast was decent or average. The location was good, walking distance to tourists attractions.
Our room was in lobby across from the elevator. Too much noise, people were talking loudly waiting for elevator. This was going between 11 pm and 3 am. Complained to staff and I was told that they are booked and can’t change the room. It was very hard to have a night sleep.

Pleasant
Not the best breakfast buffet in the world but good enough to start the day with energy. Really good location close to the city center with trams and metro at glance. Close to the baths and ruined bars.
The rooms where just alright. To rest a bit and fresh up after a day visiting the city. The fridge is really small and full with products sold by the hotel. Not really convenient if you buy your own snacks or drinks. We were traveling three people and the third bed was a sofa not really comfortable. The AC unit was portable and really noisy but given the temperatures you couldn't afford to turn it off.
