It is a boutique hotel for the price of a motel in the States. The decor is beautiful, both in the lobby and in the rooms. We had a lovely balcony looking over a quiet courtyard.

Local hotel with very comfortable and clean room. If you want to feel the local atmosphere, this is the place. We liked the view with the Parliament over the roofs of other houses. The staff were super nice, and we liked all the facilities in the room including the bathtub. Excellent location that you can easily access to Buda castle and the River Danube. We would love to come back here again.
We liked the location, but it was difficult to approach by the taxi, so we had to drag our luggage to climb up the slope. However, it was right beneath the Buda castle and with the view we had, it was worth it.

Step out the door to the steps of Buda Castle. Fifty meters to the chain bridge! Impeccable buffet breakfast rotated daily. Clean rooms and excellent staff. Highly recommend!

Staff were lovely and attentive. Brilliant choices for breakfast. Rooms clean. We had a little balcony with view toward river which was lovely to sit out in the evening as the lights came on.

I think that the price is little hight for such hotel where there is no fitness room and not so Newland modern rooms.

The staff was very nice and smiling always.
The room was perfect but to be honest to you the mattress is not confortable at all.
I higly recommend to repalce it.
Another point regarding the drinkable water, once the bottle is empty " which is very small" I needed tp get down to the 0 floor to fill iy from the machine,
I dont know what the solution could be but mayby installing a machine in every floor could be a solution.
But everything else was really great.

The location was excellent. We also needed a garage which they provide on-site at additional cost. They have limited spaces that are secured down in the basement floor, and if you have a car it is highly suggested. They have an elevator, and the hotel is clean and modern, with highly attentive staff who speak English. The beds were comfortable and there are outlets for your devices, which was nice.
We did not take our breakfast at the hotel but it looked great.
The rooms were small, and the bathroom, although spotless, was tiny. While we were there one of the two tiny elevators (4 person capacity) was out sporadically, and made the wait longer than usual.
Accessing the garage was super tight, so be careful. It really is at the back of that alley!

The courtesy and support of the staff, the truly wonderful breakfast, reception staff's cheerful help with the city's services. And last but not least, the location close to the Chain Bridge, Buda Castle and public transport options. The Carlton at Buda Castle played an important role in making our visit to Budapest a perfect experience!

The location was perfect to go to attractions on both sides of the Danube. It is very close to Fisherman's Bastion and the Buda Castle. The room was very nice for the price.

This is our 2nd time at the hotel and it never disappoints. The rooms are clean and are cleaned everyday. Rooms are easily accessible with a lift.
Breakfast was lovely! Buffet style and luxurious dining with a lot of food variations whether its meat or vegetables, cheese, bread, yogurt. Drinks are also endless, they have a lot of drinks to choose from.
The lobby smells so nice and you can see the cleanliness of it.
Staffs are so friendly and helpful. Always smiling and shows that they love what they were doing. At the reception we met Lilla, she’s so sweet to let us check in earlier than expected and gave an upgrade.
Location, is the best! Minutes away to the Buda Castle, Chain Bridge and to the Fishermen’s Bastion.
Everything is walkable. Theres also a local pub and restaurant near the hotel so you’ll never get hungry.
Overall, we loved our stay!

Location was a plus, next to Buda Castle and the Chains Bridge. Readily accessible to Pest.
It’s a very personal opinion, since is located in a hill you need to reach the location there are stairs. Mostly Buda has lots of businesses with stairs.

Arriving late in the night ,when we got into the room we realized there was a bad smell inside the room ,it was only in the morning when we realized the bin was full of trash ,we let them know at the reception next day in the morning ,but they did not even bother to apologize.
