Loved the view of the river from all points in the room. Great staff who helped find great places to eat.
Everything was great. Budapest was experiencing a record of all time heat wave and the hotel was very helpful.
Just didn’t realize that by booking through booking.com I couldn’t receive Bonvoy points.

The location was excellent and convenient to the tram, the rooftop bar was beautiful, and the food was very very good both for breakfast and lunch. My room was not directly facing the river but had a lovely view.
The river holds entertainment boats with bars. There is one directly by the hotel which played extremely loud rock music until too late that echoed across the hotel’s concrete exterior. This is extremely unfortunate and I don’t remember it during my stay here 10 years ago.

Great location, rooms were clean and spacious, and the hotel itself is very nice.
We had some difficulties with getting the luggage delivered to our room. it took multiple attempts on our part to get it resolved. I actually had to go down to the front desk and ask if I could take the luggage myself.
The room cleaning is generally done quite late in the day (after 2:00/2:30pm). Our typical schedule is to be up and out the door by 8:30 AM and we usually return around 2-3 PM for a rest and to get ready for the evening. We stayed four nights and, given the lateness of housekeeping our room was not cleaned on any of the days we were there.
