Very cozy appartment in very nice location. We could visit all downtown and major attractions by foot so no extra money spent on public transport.
Bus station from/to airport is just 10 min walk away

It was a perfect stay! The location and decoration were fantastic??
Bed and pillows were really comfortable.
We loved everything but only thing that should be fix is the A/C. The cooling capacity wasn’t sufficient.

BEFORE YOU BOOK THIS PROPERTY, PLEASE CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING:
**NO SERVICE AFTER 5:00 PM: The host cuts corners to maximise his profits at the expense of his guests.
**ALL ROOMS ARE ON THE 1ST FLOOR, AND THERE IS LOUD NOISE IN THE ROOMS FACING THE STREET

My Experience: I booked a room with a garden view, but the host placed me in a street-facing room that was very noisy. All my requests to speak to a supervisor were ignored.
* Hidden Service Hours: Only on the day of my check-in did I receive a text stating the office closes at 5:00 PM. Had I known, I would never have booked this property.
* Abandoned Front Desk & Rude Staff: Since the office closes at 5:00 pm, I rushed straight from the airport, paid for a taxi, and was relieved to arrive at the building at 4:45 PM, but NO ONE WAS IN THE OFFICE. I called the contact number and spoke with Victoria to ask why the office was closed. She was rude, said she would send a video for my check-in, and then hung up on me. I called back a few times, but no one answered.
* No Internet: There was no working Wi-Fi on the first evening and a portion of the second day.
* Room not clean: There were chips on the carpet and leftover crumbs on the sofa. The floor had never been washed (Black dust when you walk barefoot). ........................ ALL ISSUES WERE DOCUMENTED ON THE BOOKING.COM PORTAL AS THEY WERE HAPPENING. Booking.com customer service tried to assist me, but to no avail.

This apartment is beautifully designed and well equipped for a comfortable stay.
The location is at the heart of the city center, just few minutes’ walk from the Opera of State, making it the perfect base for exploring the city.
If you like walking, you can either reach the Chain Bridge or at the opposite side the Jewish Quartier and Heroes Park.
Besides, the apartment is just 15-minute walk from the “Nyugati” train station and a 10-minute walk from the airport bus station.
A special thank to the team members who make it easy to get helpful information and advice.
The WIFI was a little bit slow.
The shower stall is a bit tight.

The building and location were excellent for staying in Budapest. You are so central to everything. The girls hosting the property were excellent and responsive.
Our bedroom had IKEA mood lighting installed. This electrical installation has been done poorly.
I had the worst sleep of my life as the lighting surrounding our bedroom would flicker on and off even though the switch was turned off. The lights would suddenly turn on full brightness at 3 or 4am, then turn off again after 5 seconds.
Basically I had the worst sleep of my life for the 4 days at the apartment.

Perfect apartment, excellent location. Size and the overall amenities inside are top notch. Easy in/out, spacious, comfortable and with great hosts.
I would encourage them to remove the "no children" policy, as its perfectly suitable for them. Not thrilled that i paid 3x due to the match that weekend plus extra for a 2 year old, but anyway...

The Apartment's location is in the heart of the city center 9 minutes walking from the Airport bus station, the apartment is spacious , clean very well equipped , beds are extremely comfy in a healthy way to your back, underfloor heating gives your feet at the bathroom a lovely feeling in Winter.

Great location,close to restaurants cafes and in walking distance to attractions. Very clean and specious apartment had everything we needed even a washing machine and heated floors in the bathroom which is great in the winter.
A big variety of channels on tv,some in English.
The host responds quickly to messages.
The window was facing a quiet street.
The wifi is fast.
I would defiantly book this apartment again if i go back to Budapest.

Fantastic apartment located perfectly for sightseeing in Budapest, but so quiet at night despite being central. The apartment was safe, clean, comfortable and it had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. We particularly loved the great shower and we slept so well on the bed- really good mattress. Our hosts were great, and were easily contactable via WhatsApp.
I have nothing negative to say about our stay.

I was late arriving and the property contacted me with perfect instructions. This was easily done with an instructional video also. The area was absolutely ideal for me as I had some work to do in Budapest and was there for social reasons also. It was perfectly safe and only a short walk from Deak Ferenc bus stop. I would stay here again.
Anything not to like was totally outside the control of the property.

This was an excellent stay! Super spacious, modern, immaculately clean & comfortable in every way. We felt like we could make ourselves at home here for a week or two, instead of just 3 nights. I would definitely recommend the location, quality of the accommodation and good communication with staff to check in/out .
