The view from our room on the 6th floor was spectacular! We could see the Parliament building and bridge lit up at night and watch all the boats on the river during the day and in the evening. The room was a good size, aircon worked well in a summer heatwave and the bathroom was very comfortable and clean. Staff were all very nice and professional.
I would prefer not to have carpet on the floor in a hotel room as I worry it might not be very clean, even if it looks clean. The breakfast was fairly simple compared to other hotels.

Can’t say enough about this place!!! It’s amazing! Amazing view, amazing service from the front desk and the breakfast attendants!! Amazing bed and pillows, amazing breakfast daily!! No skimping. I feel for the front desk because there shifts r 24 hours. I really don’t know how they do it. But so very helpful!!’ Love this place!!!

Returning to the Boutique Hotel Victoria Budapest after 20 years, we enjoyed another exceptional stay. The generously sized rooms feature floor-to-ceiling windows with spectacular views of the Hungarian Parliament. The daily breakfast was a highlight, offering a fantastic variety of fresh, made-to-order choices.

Great location. Tastefully remodeled comfortable room with fantastic view. The breakfast was delightful. The service was friendly and attentive. Overall a very good value.

Service for and during breakfast was second to none. Though from the USA, some things are just done differently around here. Room totally clean , nothing broken, all in place. Bottled water available in our room (great !!) was a tad expensive, but very willingly paid! The view of the Danube, the illuminated Parliament and bridges are is wonderful! Thanks for the great experience.

First of all, I would like to mention the things I really liked about the hotel. The location is absolutely amazing. The view is simply breathtaking. The hotel is situated in a very central area, making it extremely convenient to reach all the main attractions. In fact, you can easily explore most of Budapest on foot without even needing to use public transportation.
When it comes to the things I did not particularly like, I would say the breakfast could be improved. As Turkish guests, we usually place great importance on breakfast, and a wider variety of options would make the experience even better.
I would also like to mention the bottled water in the room. I was a bit disappointed to find out that even the first bottles of water were not complimentary. Offering at least the first bottles free of charge would be a nice gesture for guests.
