It was a really big apartment. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were very helpful.

The room was awsome. Big and specious. All the big and all the small stuff were there (from kithen apliences to small kits for everithig you might need, like sawing of shoe cleaner for example). Super clean. You can go to breakfast at NYC Cafe, highly recomend, best breakfast! Terace was big, you can see half the city.
The big intersection had a lot of hoboes, but after a fee days walikg through the city: that is the case on all intersections. Nothing happened, but be carefull (girls and kids especially)

The room had a comfortable bed, dining area, full size fridge, kitchen utensils, and a stove. T
My initial encounter with the front desk person 7am-7pm on Friday could be better. She was being unnecessarily hostile as she explained the checkin requirements. And I responded in kind. Ultimately, her boss? came by and stood by her while she continued the checkin process. Everyone else was superfriendly and accommodating. My next encounter with the same front desk person was pleasant too.

The lobby feels a bit cramped and there is only one elevator so you have to wait quite a bit.

Centrally located. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Staff offered to change our 2br suite to one without stairs since we had small children, which was appreciated. Hotel is connected to the New York cafe - a nice surprise - so we didn’t have to wait in the long line for a table.
Room was not ready on time and we had to wait a while, which impacted our schedule for the day and made the children very antsy/bored. The staff was apologetic and offered breakfast for the duration of our stay, which was nice. However since the room was not ready we could tell housekeeping rushed the cleaning (wet floors, no toilet paper, empty soap bottles, etc).
