The whole location is extremely clean, the staff is very friendly. I liked a lot the breakfast. It was advertised as being very good and I can certify this now. I found the idea of being welcomed with a cup of tea upon coming back to the hotel after a long, busy day as outstanding. I also appreciated the concern for the environment.
The only issue we had at the hotel was related to the so-called ”off-site studio” that was advertised as being bigger but because it was situated in the attic, immediately under the roof a part of it was of no use for us since we are quite tall. Also the information that the studio is situated at another location from that of the hotel (50 m down the street) appeared only after the reservation was made. Nevertheless, the misunderstanding was sorted out professionally and I appreciated this.

Wonderful
Breakfast had everything that one would want. The room was lovely and very clean. The beds and pillows were really comfy allowing a good sleep. The location was a nice area and not far from the main roads.

My wife and I stayed in the "Wight Birt" suite for four nights. The room was large and comfortable. The complimentary bottle of sparkling wine, box of chocolates, and two bottles of water were a nice touch. The jacuzzi and sauna were a pleasant end to the day after a long day exploring the city. And the extra 50 euros to fill the jacuzzi with water was worth every penny. The staff was polite and professional. The breakfasts were good. The hotel's location was excellent: in a quiet area, and not far from the sights, if you like walking.
I missed fried eggs and bacon for breakfast. One of the four breakfasts had fried eggs, but they were cold. Maybe it's just me.

An instant highlight. Great hotel, great people, very good amenities. The room was very big, with a big balcony and lots of light, while being remote enough. I liked the breakfast, it was tasty enough and the options were plenty. I would like to highlight the staff, they were very helpful to my requests and they deserve more than a shout-out.
So, it is in the city center and close to the main train station, but the location is not the absolute best in the city, just in the case you are not a fan of walking.

Overall a great property with wonderful staff and breakfast! We had our dog with us and the hotel less than a block from a dog park. This was very helpful because there was barely any green space where dogs could use the bathroom in the city elsewhere. The studio apartment we were in was very clean, a great size, and had everything we needed for a great stay!

We enjoyed the worm welcome and the fine details of the hotel. The room was comfortable and we were happy to return and rest in the hotel. The spa was a nice touch too.
We especially want to thank Carolina who works at the reception. She is incredibly helpful and kind, and did her absolute best to help us.

Everything was perfect! When we arrived to register, the staff told us that they upgraded our room to the better one for free, and we had a private sauna for ourselves! The staff was really helpful and kind, the room was clean, and the breakfast was good. I would definitely stay here again if I ever travel to Budapest!
I would only recommend to use warmer light in the room, as the lights where very bright and harsh. But everything else was great!

The staff we encountered were the best thing about the hotel during our stay. The breakfast was okay, but not very varied.
In our apartment we could hear music from the elevator lobby, it would be better to make it quieter at night.
