Very Good
Everything was lovely overall, especially the kind receptionist, Mr. László. The chocolate fountain on Sunday was a definite highlight. I also appreciated the 24/7 free tea, coffee, and water station, which even included sweets.
The only downside was the WiFi, it was inconsistent, working well at times but quite poorly at others.

We were accommodated in an apartment next to the hotel. The apartment was spacious, very clean, and had a nice balcony, which made the stay even more comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of options. The staff were very kind and helpful.
The spa is located in the hotel basement, and it was inconvenient to change clothes. It was also sometimes very crowded because there is no reservation system.
The bed mattresses could be more comfortable.

Great hotel. Staff were super friendly, we had a welcome drink and were able to check in 3 hours earlier. Beds were super comfortable and the hotel is close to the bus station and you can also walk to the center. The parking is gated, just next to the hotel. Breakfast was okay, best scrambled eggs I ever had.

The staff at the hotel were very accommodating. We arrived early expecting to leave our luggage before we could check in as we had an early flight. We were given an early check in which meant we could rest before exploring the city! The breakfast has a lot of options! The location was easy to get around either by metro or tram
The air-conditioning was hard to control but we worked it out by night 3. The Jacuzzi was on the cooler side. Square pillows instead of rectangle pillows, for anyone who is a picky sleeper like myself but my husband slept great!

Nice appartment with all amenities needed.
Check out at 10 o'clock. In near future I think in near future just to pay the reservation will be enough to enjoy the trip. Why not proposing check out before sunrise?

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights, the hotel location is perfect, just a few minutes walk from corvin mall and the metro station, 2-3 stops to the center and all important places.
Very clean hotel, the service is great, staff are really friendly and helpful for any question.
The room is quite spacious, beds are comfortable and hot water in the shower :) Breakfast is one of the best we've had. Everything is fresh and there's plenty to choose from.
We'd love to come back!

Very nice hotel for Budapest city break. Pleasent stuff, good internet, location is about 10 min walk from nearest subway station. Would come again for sure
one part of hotel is in process of renovation, so there are some works, but I guess that when they are finished hotel will look even better

This is a very good hotel that is 100% worth the money. However, my impression was somewhat marred, and I will explain why. We arrived as a group of eight people. We booked three rooms—two double rooms in the hotel itself and one apartment. I will say right away that the apartment was beyond praise. They were cozy, comfortable, and clean. However, we had some issues with the double rooms. The thing is, the hotel is undergoing renovations (as I understand it, they are expanding the building or something like that). The renovations started at 8 a.m. sharp, and it was real construction work, with the corresponding level of noise and dust. In fact, this would not have been a big problem, but there was a catch. The room was very stuffy, and it was impossible to lower the temperature on the thermostat because, as the receptionist explained to us, the hotel had switched to winter mode and the air conditioners were turned off. The only solution to cool the room was to open the window, which is what the staff advised us to do. However, the windows faced a construction site, so noise and dust immediately entered the room. Therefore, we had to choose between suffering from the stuffiness or listening to the construction and breathing dust. I don't think it's entirely fair for the hotel to offer guests rooms in close proximity to renovation work. This greatly prevented us from enjoying our vacation.
Otherwise, I have no complaints about the hotel. Excellent service, wonderful staff, great breakfasts, cleanliness and order everywhere.
I highly recommend it, but check the location of your room in advance.

When booking a room for a large family/group, you'll receive an apartment located just steps from the hotel. Surprisingly, the neighborhood offers a decent, fully equipped apartment with all the amenities you need. The service was very friendly, and the breakfast selection was excellent and plentiful.
Maybe that the hotel, apartments and parking lot are not in the same place, but are just a few steps away from each other.
