Wonderful
I had a wonderful stay at Bo18 Hotel in Budapest. The staff were extremely friendly, always polite, welcoming, and smiling. They were always ready to help, give advice, and answer any questions. The hotel is very clean, with excellent housekeeping service. The breakfast was very tasty and quite varied, with a good selection of food.
The hotel provides everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location is excellent — right next to Corvin Plaza, where you can enjoy shopping and have a meal just a few steps from the hotel. Behind Corvin Plaza, there is a lovely promenade area with restaurants, cafés, and supermarkets.
Public transport is also very convenient, with metro, tram, bus, and trolleybus stops located close to the hotel. Overall, Bo18 Hotel is a very comfortable, clean, and well-located place to stay in Budapest. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it.
The only small downside was the area in the evenings. Sometimes there were some unpleasant-looking people on the street nearby, possibly homeless people, and a few of them were sleeping near the entrances of buildings. At times it felt a little uncomfortable to walk past them, especially when they were loudly arguing with each other. However, they did not bother me or approach passers-by. This did not affect our overall positive impression of the hotel, but it is something to be aware of when walking around late in the evening.

I liked very much the diversity of the breakfast food. The room has natural light that it is a valuable point. Location also is one good for your guest very closed to the public transport that assures a good connection with the city.

Breakfast very good, everything you need! All positions always re-filled, no matter when you come to breakfast. Big bonus for good coffee. Rooms are spacious enough. Welcome drink is very nice to have. Very clean and cozy. Very pleasant smell in the hotel. Water refill station is great to have at the hotel. Reception people super helpful. Was a great stay!
We booked the standard triple room, was not aware there will be a rollaway bed, not a normal third bed.
No shampoo in the shower.
And just a friendly comment to the breakfast staff, to do not pick up plates and cups from the table with the last bite and sip. Super disturbing to be having conversation, slow morning and breakfast and the staff keeps interrupting, by taking your dishes, when you still chew your last bite, or maybe plan to go to take something else with the same plate. Give space to people :)

Staff is very friendly and helpful. They gave us early check-in as well allowed a late check-out as we had a small kid. The rooms are nice and spacious. The hotel location is amazing. You get bus and tram very close by and there is a big plaza 200m from the hotel where you have a lot of options to eat food as well as a super market.
The breakfast was not that great. It was exact same every day (we stayed for 4 days). They could add some variety. The cleaning was also not very nice. On one occasion we had to call them again since after the room cleaning the toilet and bathroom were still not clean. The bed is not very comfortable as well (makes squeaky sound when you turn).

The hotel, room, staff especially and breakfast was excellent. 3minute walk to metro station, so getting around city was very easy- Budapest has a brilliant metro system.

I will definitely come back here, everything was amazing, personnel nice and kind, welcoming and cozy place and atmosphere.
The young lady from the reception wonderful, sooo nice, i don't know here name but was coming from another Bo hotel as i understood she was replacing a colleague here, she provided all information we needed, strong english, great attitude.
Rooms were very very clean. I definitely recommend it! We had 1 apt nearby aprox 20m from the main building and 1 room in the hotel.
The parking is also super close.
Breakfast is really delicious, we enjoyed everything, my kid had chocolate from a fountain at breakfast ? and was really happy.
The bedsheets pillows duvet were really great clean and comfy. Bathrooms really nice and clean as well, shower gel and nice soap included.
We also had coffee capsules included for the first day. The kitchen from the apt equipped with everything you might need for a longer stay, full size fridge.
Location is also very good!
The only thing from my point that could be improved: room temperature in the apt was 27.5° when we got in, was too much even if it was set on 22( the thermostat might have an issue), we struggled a bit to lower down the temperature, but it was an AC and we used it for short periods of time.I think can he checked before guest's arrival.
The sofa from the apt is super nice to use it while watching TV but not so comfortable to sleep on as it's not completely flat due to it's structure, but still can be used for 1-2 nights if you are not so picky and don't have back pain ( like me).

The staff was very friendly and super helpful. The rooms were nicely furnished and clean. The breakfast was diverse and super-tasty, with some Hungarian specialties.
Cleanliness was good, but could be improved, e.g. some spider webs in the room, some small spots on the bed linens.

The first thing we experienced in this property was so cute and friendly staff that welcomed us at reception. Our apartment wasn’t in the hotel building but it was so close that it made no problems at all. It was very clean, big and comfortable. The breakfast was nice, enough for everyone. The street was calm and not crowded near to supermarkets and McDonalds. Last day of our stay we happened to leave early before the breakfast and they suggested to pack our included breakfast for take away. It was an exceptional gesture that we will never forget. I loved the hotel so much that I would go back forever. I will recommend it to everyone who plans to travel in Budapest.

Everything was lovely overall, especially the kind receptionist, Mr. László. The chocolate fountain on Sunday was a definite highlight. I also appreciated the 24/7 free tea, coffee, and water station, which even included sweets.
The only downside was the WiFi, it was inconsistent, working well at times but quite poorly at others.

We were accommodated in an apartment next to the hotel. The apartment was spacious, very clean, and had a nice balcony, which made the stay even more comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of options. The staff were very kind and helpful.
The spa is located in the hotel basement, and it was inconvenient to change clothes. It was also sometimes very crowded because there is no reservation system.
The bed mattresses could be more comfortable.
