Very good central accommodations for a visit to Budapest.
The staff was very helpful when it came to problem solving when our initial room had some issues - they were quick to provide different rooms and help solve the issues.
Nothing to note beyond some routine problems that were quickly resolved!

This small hotel offers all the benefits of a cosy stay. People are professional and friendly, ensuring that all needs and wishes are well attended to. Breakfast is delicious, and the coffee and tea selection is available at all times. The location is also excellent for travelling by public transport.

Everything about BI&BI is amazing! Firstly, the location is very convenient (super close to the metro station), and the area is beautiful. The accommodation is lovely, everything is super clean and very well-maintained. Both the living room (chill out area + kitchen) and rooms have air condition, which is a huge plus (and very important factor if you're visiting Budapest during the summer, like we did). Automatic blinds on the windows are also a huge plus, as well as the comfy beds, a small fridge in the room, free toiletries and free coffee/ tea in the kitchen.
Additionally, hats off to the owner who is super welcoming, approachable and taking care of everything! It's great to see that such people still exist in hospitality sector.
And last but not the least- there's also the cutest dog Petsi!

We stayed here for the second time and when we go back to Budapest we would like to stay here again! Perfect location, excellent public transportation options, friendly staff, lovely breakfast (and the sweet breakfast companion was a big plus for too!).
