The room that I was selected in booking, is not the one that they reserved for me, coz I'm expecting with a sofa.
I booked for 2 person only, but they prepared for 3 persons. Nways it's not a big deal but next time check the number of guest that they booked.

The staff, however, were friendly and polite throughout our stay.
The excessive noise really didn’t allow us to rest during our 3-day stay. At all hours of the day, there was so much noise coming from the surrounding rooms that by the end of the trip, all we wanted was to go back home.
In addition, the hallways didn’t smell pleasant at all, and in my opinion, the level of cleanliness and the facilities were far below what we would expect from a four-star hotel.
In every four-star hotel we’ve stayed at in different cities, at least one bottle of water was provided in the room daily. Here, we were asked to pay extra even for an additional bottle of water, which honestly surprised me.

Very well located, clean, and comfortable hotel. It was very easy to get to the hotel, as it is close to a metro station, which made transportation to the main tourist attractions very convenient. The staff were very kind, and the breakfast was good. They also gave us two connected rooms with access between them, which made it feel like a family room and was very convenient for our stay.

Breakfast was good and serving time from 07:00 AM was very convenient.
Room was clean and big.
All the staff was friendly and very helpful.
I didn't notice anything negative.

the room was big and clean. the bathroom was clean too. the furniture for clothes is small, you might need a wardrobe especially if you are traveling with children. the food at breakfast was good. the location is quite good, there is a metro station 3 minutes away, but the area is a bit shady in the sense that I saw shady people in a drunken state and dirt on the street as well

Hotel was very clean. Staff were very friendly! Breakfast was amazing! Great location.
Beds are catered towards back sleepers. If you are a side sleeper, you’ll want an extra pillow since the mattress isn’t super soft.

I liked the breakfast and the size of the room was very spacious and also there was a big comfortable sofa
I didn’t sleep well because the room was very noisy as it was facing the train station, and trains were passing almost every 10 minutes throughout the night. Also, the elevator was very slow, and sometimes only one was working for the entire hotel.

A charming little hotel, very well located in proximity to city center. Great location for siteseeng in Budapest by foot. Very good breakfast and a lovely staff.
The room itself is decent, nothing luxury but enough for a short staying. Good soundproofing, big bathroom and very good cleaning service.
We also used hotel parking, lot of space and easy access.
All in all a hotel I would recommend and where I would gladly come back.

We had a fantastic stay at Impulso Fashion Hotel in Budapest. The room was extremely clean and had a fresh scent, which made it feel very welcoming. I believe the hotel has been recently renovated, as everything felt brand new – from the furniture to the bathroom fixtures.
The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was essential during our summer visit. The location is also great – just a few steps from II. János Pál pápa tér metro station, so exploring the city was easy and quick.
We really enjoyed the generous breakfast selection every morning, and the added bonus of free coffee, tea, and juice available all day in the lobby was a nice touch. The staff were friendly, professional, and made us feel welcome from start to finish.
A modern and comfortable hotel — we would definitely stay here again!

Space is big for 3 people. Breakfast is great.
A bit far from main center. You need to ride the metro then take tram around. Not really close to City Center. But metro station is close by the hotel.

Terrible.
Front desk is so unfriendly, from check in , until check out. If you ask for anything, they’re hardly bothered to answer you.
The rooms is filthy!! They are not cleaned properly at all every single day. There is dust, hair an dirt in all corners. We had the family room- two connecting rooms - the only positive thing is the size of the rooms.
Pillow is flat and it smells.
The shower is tiny, you can hardly move inside.
I really don’t understand how this is a four star hotel, I really don’t recommend.
