Polite staff. Thanks to Balazs for comunication.. Good breakfast, clean room, it had everything we needed. Extra plus iz parking, secured parking, in closed hotel yard, entering by card code (you get it on reception). You need to reserve at the same time as you book accomodation, they will ask for number of registration plates, and than hotel confirms reservation.
Well, the neighborhood seemed not so well.

Food is ok. Breakfast area was crowded. Staff were nice. Hotel is in the poor area, not impressive as an 4 star hotel. Outside room smelled bad. Room is ok.

There was no toothbrush and no slippers and when we asked for it they just gave us one and told us that they were out of it.
The alley was a little scary for us especially in nights.

Location and breakfast.
AC not cooling at all but hotel management think its ok. Excuse me, its not okay. Its not cooling even its at max cooling settings. I suffered and couldn’t sleep with my kid and family due to sweating all night in room.
They offer you discount for your next trip but need something for during it like covering transportation cost or some refund etc. they didn’t care about it and simply refused.

The room that I was selected in booking, is not the one that they reserved for me, coz I'm expecting with a sofa.
I booked for 2 person only, but they prepared for 3 persons. Nways it's not a big deal but next time check the number of guest that they booked.

The staff, however, were friendly and polite throughout our stay.
The excessive noise really didn’t allow us to rest during our 3-day stay. At all hours of the day, there was so much noise coming from the surrounding rooms that by the end of the trip, all we wanted was to go back home.
In addition, the hallways didn’t smell pleasant at all, and in my opinion, the level of cleanliness and the facilities were far below what we would expect from a four-star hotel.
In every four-star hotel we’ve stayed at in different cities, at least one bottle of water was provided in the room daily. Here, we were asked to pay extra even for an additional bottle of water, which honestly surprised me.
