Good value for a hotel on the quiet side of Buda right along the river with views of the Parliament Building out front and Fisherman’s Bastion out the back.
Disappointed that there was no option for a guest to get a cup of coffee in the morning without paying for the quite expensive breakfast buffet.

My room had the best view of the Danube and parliament building. The extra charge was absolutely worth paying for.
Cobwebs around the exterior windows were clearly visible and reflected poor attention to basic property maintenance.

Great location in Buda 3 blocks from Metro. Quiet.
Clean and safe. Very comfortable bed. Wonderful toiletries, huge bath towels and strong shower. Extensive breakfast with eggs, meats, cheeses, pastries and breads of all kinds, fruit (great fresh pineapple), yogurt and cereals. Very friendly staff.
Air conditioning weak during this hot August weather. Refrigerator not working but evaluated and needs to be replaced.

Staff is very nice , we were upgraded to a river view room, view is amazing and hotel close to bethany ter
The room had 2 separated bed put together instead of a double bed, the aircon , although very good and cooling , had a very loud noise and we complained but it wasn’t fixed so it kept waking us up at night
Also in total of 4 nights the room was cleaned only once, after specifically requesting it. In other days even when we requested it they didn’t manage to clean the room

Came for the view, can't beat it. You are just across their parliament.
The room cleanlyness, the carpet looked like an army with dusty boots marched on it recently. Plus had 2 "daddy long-legs" spiders with us above the bed together with old webs.

The staff were very helpful, from answering our inquiries to parking our car. The location was what we were hoping for as related to convenience and view.

The pillows were hard as rocks, obviously very old
Towels were shredded
No bathrobes no slippers for almost $500 a night. It’s not a deal.

This hotel sits on a very strategic location in Budapest, and compared to the level of service in Budapest, it does its job overall.
We had issues with how well maintained the rooms were, doors were a bit wobbly, we had a weird smell in the corridor and in room amenities can be upgraded a bit to modern level, it's not a staff issue, it's more to Radisson Group to renovate, upgrade and take care of this gem of a place. Also, I don't understand why we have to pay a big amount of money for garaging the car while already the hotel is not within the cheap category. Overall decent hotel with a lot of potential to be awesome. I love the place and will always stay there but a facelift would do it justice.

Location is good, just opposite the Hungarian Parliament and between Parliament and Chain bridge on the Buda side. Breakfast is good as well. Room was large.
Amenities are a bit old and the AC was making a noise. Bathroom had only a bathtub.
