The indoor pool, kid slides, and Bongo play area were great for our toddler grandson. The breakfast and dinner buffets were good. The food was tasty and plentiful. They had quite a few gluten free options available for our daughter.
The room was dated and needed to be cleaned better. The bathroom doors didn’t lock and one didn’t shut all the way.

We like almost everything. Staff were nice as well as the facility. The pools were clean and calming.

Very good location for family with kids, with huge water area any plenty of attractions. There is also a sauna area, divided in two parts, so you can choose to enjoy different types of sauna: in the normal way (naked) or non-naked. We chose to have both breakfast and buffet dinner included and the food choice and quality were more than decent. We had an apartment (living, one bedroom, one bathroom and big balcony), which looks fine and the master bed was very good. When living in apartment (in secondary building, connected underground with the hotel and spa/Aqua area) you can park your car directly at that building.
The couch in the living room is not too good, would only be decent for small kids. In our building (D apartments) there was some machine (or something like this) making a very strong noise every night, every 20 minutes, that was really unpleasant. Breakfast closes too early for 4 stars hotel, at 10:00. The signage was very poor when going in the tunnel from apartments to the Aquaworld area, I saw many people having no clues where to go in the end. The TVs in the rooms are internet-based and it was many times almost impossible to watch TV channels. We once chose to have lunch at the spa area and waited for some poor pizzas more than half an hour.

Great rooms, great breakfast. Service was over all good from staff. Rooms were clean.
Dinner can be improved in quality. Towels don't get changed every day and you have to pay for extra towels.

Very Good
Main pool for hotel guests is great, sauna too. Food was really good, for every taste and even for picky eaters there was a choice. Rooms are spacious, bed was comfortable. Big, young guy, probably staff manager on dinner and breakfast was the nicest to our two year old daughter when she had a bad moment in dinner, he gave her a baloon and a smile.
Pools on Aquaworld were crowded, there was impossible to find a free chair or sunbed, lifeguards on both pools are extremely unpleasant and unpolite, receptionists have learned a few sentences and apologies without any meanining and repeat it on and on. Ask the guy in charge for the dinners how to be polite and nice.

The Swimmingful is the Best especially this weather is really relaxing the water temperature of the Swimmingful is Perfect ? my Grandchildren was so Happy ?

The hotel was very clean and had good facilities. We particularly liked the food from dinner (buffet) and breakfast. All food was tasty and fresh, including deserts. The view from the room was really nice.
The AC in the room had a noise during the night, and we had trouble sleeping, especially my son. I would have liked it to be a little warmer in the aqua park. It was decent, but maybe 1-2 degrees more would have been better. It was a particular cold day, so maybe that is part of the cause, as cold air was entering from the outside pool. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable, it was not flat, but concave.
