It has everything you need for different kinds of trips. The breakfast was great, you have a big swimming pool and jacuzzi, small kitchen in the room and a very nice staff. It is not in the city center but there is a metro station 5 min walk from Adina, so it is quiet and comfortable.

Excellent hotel, great facilities, clean room with a kitchenette, located in a quiet neighborhood away from the main attractions but with easy transit access to everything. The wellness area is not huge, but is very well kept and has a sauna, hot tub, pool, and workout room, all of which were great to have.
The sauna and pool area is only open in the morning starting at 7 and then later in the afternoon from about 4 to 8, which was annoying. If you are out sightseeing all day and then get dinner in the city, 8 is exactly when you are likely to get back to the hotel and want to work out or relax in the hot tub or sauna, but it’s closed.

The hotel was very well located . It was near a metro station. The hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are spacious . The amenities are great! There is a pool and fitness area .
The bathroom is a bit small . The heating is way to hot even if you switch it off ,hot air blows through.

Good location if you do not want the city fuss, but near in Taxi to everywhere within 5 minutes riding.
Room is excellent, clean and with all the services, SPA is excellent, nice and clean.
Staff are excellent and willing to help.
giving only 9, because of the noise in the morning on the street / walls are not 100% isolating..
There is some construction started there so there was one day some truck noise on 5am, and strange truck noise probably taking the garbage in 4am-5am, happened 2 days (1 day off 1 day on)

Staff, Location, cleanliness. Just a fun place to stay. Very nice ambiance. Aldi is across the street; Lidl not too far either. Easy walk to many areas of interest or to public transportation to get to places. The laundry facilities were just what we needed!
No need for a mini bar or snacks for purchase in a room of this type.
The plates and cooking pots were located almost out of reach. We did not even find the tea towel or sponge until one of us had stood on a chair to look for some dishes. We had already gone to Aldi and bought our own sponge etc prior to "discovering" all the good things that were already there.
The pool and mini gym were nice; however, the broken equipment in the gym should be removed. The gym would still be okay without the malfunctioning pieces.

This is the second time in 6 months.
The staff are very pleasant including the house keeping ladies. Everything is clean. The location is perfect. I extended my stay this time. I will come back for sure.
If the temperature of the pool is a little bit higher, it would be perfect.

The housekeeping is exceptional, it's like there were elves in the room when you come back :D

Nice big room with all facilities.Quiet location towards their private garden and with a balcony. We had room 75 on 6th floor. Nice pool area. You can purchase 10 ticket pack for transportation at reception.
We had twin beds and they were a bit narrow and hard. The lamp by the bedside was not suitable for reading a book by.
