It's a classic style hotel. It's not right in the city center but walking there is easy, the staff are very nice and on top of everything, and the room was large, clean, and nice to stay in. The hotel is right around the corner from a major shopping street and the area is good.

Overall, my stay at the hotel was good. The staff were very friendly and everything went smoothly during the first few days. The hotel was also in a convenient location for Sziget Festival
However, the last day of the festival completely changed my experience. When I returned to my room, I noticed a strong cigarette smell, even though I had not been smoking. The air conditioning was also turned on while I was away, even though I had turned it off before leaving. Since I was travelling alone, this made me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. I understand that there may be an explanation, but the problem was that I never received a clear explanation of what had happened. For a guest travelling alone, the safety and privacy of the room should be a priority. It is a shame because everything had been fine until then and the staff had been nice. I hope the hotel takes situations like this seriously and makes sure that guests can feel completely safe in their rooms.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was well-organized, clean, and comfortable. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the facilities met all my expectations. A special thanks to the staff – Mr Sahand and Ms Lili they were incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Even their approach for non English language people was understandable.

Unfortunately, the hotel seems to have lost its good days: weak lights, very old parts in the bathroom.

Location is fine and staff is helpful.
Air conditioning was not performing, while there was very hot outside. No refrigerator in the room. Safe was not functioning and wasn't fixed neither to wardrobe nor to wall. Very tired hotel, certainly not even a 3*, while it has 4*.

There was nothing to like
Very disappointed and never ever recommend 1. No cleanness literally was very dirty 2. AC wasn’t working properly 3. Breakfast was nothing enough and not good 4.Staff behavior was very unfriendly and rude 5. Have 4 star but the service was not enough of 1 star 6. Senatory was old and rusty 7. Mini bar was not working We were for 2 nights there and nobody comes to clean the room.

NOTHING !!!
It's the worst accommodation I've ever had, I think. It's very dirty, the bathroom is totally unhygienic and there's only dirt on all the walls, it's cold as hell, the heating didn't work and it was only cold and the tiles in the rooms don't help at all in heating the room, the furniture is old, ok, I agree with that, but here it looks pathetic, all broken and cracked and scratched. I don't know under what conditions 4 stars are awarded in Hungary, but here I wouldn't even give 2. Plus, for the 4 stars there are a lot of shortcomings in the room. But the mess, the mess was a disaster. I’m stiil waiting at least half of money back !!!

Nice spacious rooms but downside was a hand-held shower and main curtain didnt close fully.. Helpful hotel staff. Breakfast adequate. Metro about 6 or 7 minute walk and very handy for Metro M3 for Airport connection E200 bus and central Budapest. I would use again.

Check-in, hotel staff, and breakfast were all great
My room had no fridge, no phone, no cable, and the overhead shower was so plugged up it might have exploded with more than 15 seconds of attempted use. Far overpriced for the quality.
